The $18 hot breakfast was a complete rip off. There was nothing in the hotel Information that said the wine tasting wasn’t open except on weekend so I missed it because I was hoping to do that on Monday. In order to get a late check out, you have to start calling the hotel at seven on the day you were leaving. I called every 15 minutes, my phone in the hotel room was dead so I called him myself, every single time I got a busy signal.

There were 2 additional room charges pending auth on my credit card and the bill was paid to booking. Con before my arrival. Not sure about the bookkeeping procedure.

I was sorry to see they are now charging for a hot breakfast. The included hot breakfast was one thing that led me to rebook here. I felt a bit cheated to not get a free breakfast even though I booked months ago and it was listed as included.

Love all the beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces on the property.

I don’t know if we ate breakfast too late, but it was pretty lame. The quiche was cold, the bacon was out, the potatoes were cold, it was one apple danish. The rest of it was just toast. Pretty lackluster in my opinion.

We stayed in a bungalow spa room with a little yard, we were traveling with the Pat. This was the accommodations required. Very cute very clean very spacious. Jacuzzi tub in room, very close to the pool and hot tub. Hot tub, discolored, didn’t seem very clean to me, but there are a lot of kids there that day.

Going up the stairs. My mistake when I made the reservations. We are getting older and have a few health issues. We succeeded without incident and really loved our room.

Everything was terrific. My goodness, the grounds are beautiful. We truly enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi and pool area. Chairs and shade well placed. We slept so well. Appreciated the ample amount of pillows. Will definitely be back again and again. Many thanks to the wonderful staff. Bravo!

AC was slightly noisy though I still slept fine.

Breakfast was very nice, with something different everyday and enough choices. Tea/cookies in the afternoon. Quiet at night.

The sidewalks were a little narrow which made it slightly hard to pass other guests.

The grounds were well-groomed and beautiful with lots of sitting areas & room to roam around.

The pool towels were so tiny and the kitchen plates and bowls were also tiny

Relaxing spring waters, beautiful grounds, and the best hot breakfast of any breakfast-included property we've stayed at. Staff were friendly and very accommodating to even our most specific requests.

only negative - outdoor jacuzzi was not hot that evening due something broke that day. Rooms need additional wet bathingsuit hanger area.

Over the years it's gotten to be a little pricey.

My favorite place to stay in Ashland. It is beautiful and quiet with deer walking around the property. Pool and hot tub are with with hot spring water and are delightful. The breakfast is always nice and the coffee fresh.

My partner having to pay full price for a massage he never received. Couldn't even reschedule for another day or pay half the price for not making it.. I felt that was a bit unfair.

The $15.00 nonrefundable “resort fee” was not listed in the booking. We did not find out about it until we checked in. The total cost should be listed in the booking. Also, the shower needed upgrading. The bathroom fan was very loud.

The staff was outstanding. The grounds were beautiful. The rooms were well lit, and we loved the fireplace, microwave and frig. The heating unit worked well. The breakfast was a cut above a standard American hotel breakfast.

The only downside is that it is not walking distance from town center.

Lovely quaint property. The grounds are well thought out and maintained. The room was just perfect. Clean comfortable and quiet. I enjoyed it so much I stayed an extra night.
