Front desk person slow and not able to work the technology. Room floors were sticky. Bedside lamps should have charging outlets. "Breakfast" is silly.

Room in serious need of a handy man and some repairs.

The room was clean but in terrible disrepair. The floor was torn up and the chair and door both damaged. The toilet seat moved every time it was sat on. The breakfast was cereal and carbs - no meat or eggs. Free but disappointing. The staff was lovely and friendly.

Front desk was rude, there is no swimming pool or spa, functioning at least, and the floors are laminate and poorly installed. Also, none of the side exit doors function for key entry.

It is in need of replacing carpet, beds, furniture. It looks so run down. The Direct Tv stated it needed to run a receiver check which would only take minutes. Afterwards, all I got was “no signal.” The peep hole was huge and I suspect it was 2-way. I stuffed Kleenex into it! It was blazing hot when we walked in and the toilet had mildew streaks!!! The sink had not been scrubbed. It appeared to have areas of soap scum. I did not dare walk barefoot on the carpet. The floor in front of the sink was sticky!My shoes made noise when I moved on it. I couldn’t wait to get the heck out of there.

Bathroom was GROSS. Hairs and bugs plastered along a decrepitous baseboard with some kind of substance. Sticky floors. First room on we were in was on base level and smelled stale and bed was rock hard. Asked to be moved and was moved into the room next door which smelled like cigarette smoke and bed was also rock hard. Asked to be moved again and the man was kind enough to move us to the third floor and room was cooler and no smell but bed was still hard as a rock. We took it and thanked him.

It’s old and run down. Everything smelled badly from the elevator to the room. The bed was very broken down and the electrical sockets were loose and sketchy.

Wish they would’ve had a hot breakfast. Lots of trash lying around the property. Looked like there was a meth addict staying there. The neighborhood the hotel is located in is kinda scary. We had several issues with our room keys not working.

When we arrived at 8:30 pm there was no one at the front desk. When I picked up the phone the person came right away. He assigned our room and told us we could park on the side because there was an entrance there. We parked on the side at first, but the door was now an exit only. The only entrance was the front door. We moved the car. The only problem with the shower was that someone had left the it on. When I started the water to warm it up, the shower sprayed out cold water until I could turn it off. The tub had hairline cracks where you step over to get in but it didn’t affect the quality of the shower. However, there was no bathroom fan and the towel hook was very loose. The mattress was firm on the side nearest the bathroom but dipped on the other side. When we left we noticed the road going out had quite a few potholes.

The room with one King sized bed was spacious. It had wifi, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a desk. TV was good. I love that the sink was outside the bathroom. It had a lot of room to put things on too. But The bathroom was small but had very good water pressure. The towels were nice and thick.

Although it didn't have any eggs, the rest was good. The jam was old and couldn't be spread on a bagel.

The shower water went off in the middle of my shower, with my head full of shampoo, was upset!! Should have received a discount from the room, but didn’t clerk was somewhat apologetic
