Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesThe property is dated but it is under a renovation and the new renovations look beautiful. We stayed in one of the older rooms and it is in need of some love, but it was comfy and the location is perfect.
I loved the location of this property and the staff on the property were all fun and made you feel very welcome! The property is Nestled in between everything, the beach, the back bay, and all the North End bars and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and would go back!

United StatesUnderstanding they are still recovering from the hurricane, there was no elevator. Also, the 2nd pool, which was away from the busy and public Tiki Bar, was not open. Our private balcony was narrow and had a view of an adjacent hotel. The music from the Tiki Bar was loud and started at 9 am and continued past 11 pm. If you are looking for a party feel this would be a good place for you. The floors could have been cleaner and maid service was limited.
The room set up was nice. The hotel was colorful and there was a restaurant on site with good food. Although not on the beach, it was a short walk to it and other restaurants.

Clean rooms, onsite amenities and courteous staff. We had the pleasure of staying in one of the newly updated rooms. The room had (2) mini split ac systems that kept the room cool on a hot sunny day in August. All of the fir and finish in the room was top notch. It turned me un directions for renovation ideas I had never thought about in my own home. The room had a fan, whish was crucial, that was whisper quiet and effective at moving air making us run the air hotter than usual. Security was pleasant and helpful.
