There were a lot of flies and mosquitoes around the outdoor dining areas. Need better pest control.

Location, food and service were great. Loved the free welcome beverage and shuttle too. Great communication too.

Room was spacious with comfortable bed, shower was great, roomy with great water pressure and hot water. The adult pool and separate family pool was perfect. The 2 hot tubs were great. Close access to beach out front was amazing with comfortable lounge chairs and huge umbrellas. We loved everything about the resort and the best part is you can text the front desk for any needs or concerns. ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!!! Our rental car had a low tire and the front desk was so happy to help us air it up. This place is the PERFECT place to stay at Lido Beach.

I did have to double check my bill, I accidentally got charged for something I did not buy. Just a good rule of thumb to double check when you go to places that let you charge meals and drinks, etc. to your room. They were very good about getting back to me and getting it fixed. They took it off my bill not really a complaint, just a reminder to doublecheck. I think it was overpriced by about $50-75, in comparison to many other places that I have stayed at that are similar. But the location was amazing.

This place was perfect for my 10-year-old son and I. It is very family friendly. There are two restaurants on site that offer a variety. I always could find what I was looking for. There was also a grab and go Cafe in the lobby They had free ice cream at the pool, which my son loved. This hotel is on a wonderful part of the beach that is not too crowded and very beautiful. I like that there were two showers to rinse off when you come back from the beach, and there were water stations in several places so we could stay hydrated. There were plenty of towels, they never run out. The room itself was a little dated, but we didn’t mind at all. I wasn’t looking for the Ritz Carlton. This is exactly what I was looking for. It had a small kitchenette, comfortable beds, air, conditioner, TV, all the creature comforts. I would definitely stay here again. It was just perfect for my son and I. I also loved that it was within walking distance to Saint Armand Circle. I would say it was a mile or less, but it was a beautiful walk and you can do most of it on the beach.

Very little space of the hotel for 2 buildings

Amazing! Really recommend, but on Friday- Saturday lots of people so be aware about the crowd. Who does not like it- go Monday- Tuesday- not so many people.

I’m not sure if it is a Sarasota thing, but it smelled like sewage.

Beautiful and right on the beach. I enjoyed the mudslide beverage by the pool. The water and towels were also nice.

Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like. Everything exceeded our expectations — from the cleanliness and comfort of the room to the friendly service and beautiful amenities. It was a truly flawless experience from start to finish.

The location is absolutely perfect — right on the beach with breathtaking views and easy access to the sand and ocean. We loved how peaceful and relaxing the surroundings felt, yet we were still close enough to explore local attractions and restaurants. The on-site restaurant was a highlight of our stay! Delicious food, beautiful presentation, and a great variety of options. Whether we were enjoying breakfast with a view or dinner at sunset, every meal was a wonderful experience. The staff was attentive and made us feel truly welcomed. We couldn’t have asked for a better setting — both the location and dining exceeded our expectations.

Only complaint I have would be the WiFi was spotty and tough connecting the TV for stream services since the WiFi was spotty.

Loved the beach access and pool with the tiki bar, also able to try some lunch from the hotel which was really good! Room was perfect and clean.
