This worked very well for our purposes. Do not confuse this with being a resort-style hotel.

The location works well for us when we attend the US Open tennis tournament. The breakfast is good, a self-serve continental-type breakfast. The facility is very clean and the staff is friendly. The facility is basic and functional, but not fancy.

This was our second stay and we again found it comfortable, clean, and convenient to F, W, and 7 subway lines. Ample breakfast included. There are markets and other businesses a couple blocks away near Queensborough Plaza, where W/7 station is. We had no problems re personal safety. Don’t know about parking options, but there is a for-fee shuttle to airport.

Nothing. Only room for improvement would be quality of the breakfast buffet, but then I’ve never had a really great one, at least in the States.

Room and bathroom were large by NYC standards. Clean and comfortable. Pleasant staff. 1 1/2 blocks to Queensboro Plaza MTA station made Midtown Manhattan a short hop. Good neighborhood. Large breakfast room with lots of options. Convenient airport shuttle priced less than ride share if going to JFK.

Surrounding area/entrance to hotel not very inviting. Breakfast very basic.

The entrance and the hallway are a little outdated so when you walk in you expect the worse. It's a pleasant surprise when you walk in the room and you see how clean it is, but you definitely cannot guess that when you walk in the hotel.

The room was small. The breakfast area was sometimes very crowded. The food was all the time the same.

We obtained the room on the ninth floor with the view of the city - it was great. The room was cleaned systematically. The localization of the hotel is perfect - nearby are 3 underground lines. Definitelly we will be back there.

Tiny rooms but this to be expected in New York. Breakfast could be richer.

Really close to the metro, just 15 minutes to Times Square. Breakfast included was a huge plus.

Coffee.

The location is great, 30 mins by subway to downtown. The area looks safe, even in night. The hotel is clean, rooms have everything you might need. The food was great. Shuttle service to airports is very useful and costs lower than Uber. Food stores and fast food, good restaurants are located nearby. Also laundry services in the area, no need of multiple clothes for a long stay.

AC caused very low temperature at breakfast so you might need a jacket :)

Very quick access to Manhattan via subway. Nice room with a view. Supermarket was easy to reach by foot. Very good coffee at breakfast, variety of food could be improved as it gets pretty repetitive, but it was good.

The location was good, conveniently close to multiple metro stations, making it easy to reach Manhattan in 20 to 30 minutes. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was simple but good. The staff was friendly and helpful when we interacted with them. Overall a very good value for money :)

The room was comfortable, with good beds and enough space to accommodate a family — even 2 adults and 2 children. Breakfast was tasty, and coffee and water were available throughout the day. The nearest subway station is just a few minutes' walk away, offering easy access to Manhattan and other parts of New York City.

The hotel is located in quiet surroundngs, close to a subway station and 10 minutes’ walk from a large supermarket. The cleanliness standards are top-notch - bedding and towels changed every day. The staff are super nice and always go an extra mile to help their guests. Effective air-conditioning was a blessing in the hot summer weather. Diversified breakfast buffet. Coffe/tea/water available 24/7. Lovely with of the NYC skyline from the top floor room. Our stay was perfect!
