Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. The location works well for us when we attend the US Open tennis tournament. The breakfast is good, a self-serve continental-type breakfast. The facility is very clean and the staff is friendly. The facility is basic and functional, but not fancy.

United StatesThis was our second stay and we again found it comfortable, clean, and convenient to F, W, and 7 subway lines. Ample breakfast included. There are markets and other businesses a couple blocks away near Queensborough Plaza, where W/7 station is. We had no problems re personal safety. Don’t know about parking options, but there is a for-fee shuttle to airport.

Room and bathroom were large by NYC standards. Clean and comfortable. Pleasant staff. 1 1/2 blocks to Queensboro Plaza MTA station made Midtown Manhattan a short hop. Good neighborhood. Large breakfast room with lots of options. Convenient airport shuttle priced less than ride share if going to JFK.

The location is great, 30 mins by subway to downtown. The area looks safe, even in night. The hotel is clean, rooms have everything you might need. The food was great. Shuttle service to airports is very useful and costs lower than Uber. Food stores and fast food, good restaurants are located nearby. Also laundry services in the area, no need of multiple clothes for a long stay.

The cleanliness standards are top-notch - bedding and towels changed every day. The staff are super nice and always go an extra mile to help their guests. Effective air-conditioning was a blessing in the hot summer weather. Diversified breakfast buffet. Coffe/tea/water available 24/7. Lovely with of the NYC skyline from the top floor room. Our stay was perfect!
