There were not enough children's channels on television for the boys to watch. He kept asking to change it, not that one... oh well we had more things to do than watch television anyway!

The staff was awesome, when I checked in and realized I was on the second floor with no elevator, she offered to give me a first-floor room. I am a 67-year-old grandma staying with my grandson's who is 2 1/2 years old and 9 months! I could not make it up and down the stairs multiple times during my stay! There was a beautiful walking trail overlooking the river. My grandson loved it and so did I! We made some amazing memories with the pictures taken I'm sure my grandson will come back to stay there when I'm gone, and remember how much fun he had with his Grammy!

Lobby coffee was weak. Breakfast was good, but not as good as everything else.

The room was huge, clean, well lit, and comfortable, with enough outlets, etc. The towels were thick and super large. The bed was comfortable. The river view and balcony were lovely for eating our dinner outside. Staff was friendly and helpful.

There was nothing to complain about.

The breakfast was as good as 'motel breakfast' gets. Rooms were clean. No noise problems. Very much liked the taqueria next door as a bonus.

Parking was a bit tight but then it was a full house.

The parking was tight for a larger SUV since there were other guests not parked correctly.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. All supplies and the continental breakfast were well stocked. The price and value were great.

EVERYTHING! From the front desk staff, room cleaners ,gardener(?)to the breakfast b4 you leave everything was CLEAN and beautiful! Bonus touches were the scented soap, shampoo and conditioner, lovely real flowers in vases on the breakfast tables and a wonderful river side garden patio area!A GREAT value for your money.

I booked through Bookings and it was a bit of a hassle to upgrade my room. Also noted I could have reserved the same room on Bookings for a bit cheaper.

Right from the front office, the warmth was infectious..very welcoming the room simple but tastefully done.. that doubles as the breakfast room. The rooms very clean, fresh, comfortable bed,Had everything a person needs , fridge, coffee, microwave.....enough pillows..clean air-conditioning, friendly staff..nice garden... And the breakfast, fresh and lots to choose from...you can never go wrong in this place . I highly recommend it.. Thanks Kenda.. hope i got the name right

We found out it’s a completely nonsmoking motel, but there were guests smoking the night and morning during our stay at the patio below our unit. It was hard to leave the slider open during our stay due to the smoke. I assumed this was a smoking area until I told staff at checkout. That’s when I found out they weren’t supposed to be smoking there!

Very clean and convenient location. Great views from the river view units, right off of highway so can hear some noise, but not terrible. I would stay again for the river views off balcony.

The room was very clean. Good shower and comfortable beds. Breakfast was a little lacking. No syrup for the waffles the first morning and the sausage gravy was cold. They need a micro wave to heat up food in situations like that.

Elevator to get to the 2nd floor.

Perfect highway motel on interstate 5. Beautiful relaxing garden along river in the back of the hotel. If you are staying more than a day get one of the rooms with the balconies.

However,the front desk for the night shift is an inpatient and not polite which is the only dislike during my stay. She was the one helped me checked in but there was no greeting and never looked my eyes when she talked to me.

I met two staff. The one for day shift is wonderful and polite. I would rate 10/10 if the staff is all like her. Also, the clean lady although she looks very young like ~20, but she is very professional with prompt response. I would thank you both for their hospitality.
