I have zero complaints!

I loved how clean and well decorated everything was, especially the room!. I was traveling alone and felt safe. Parking was adequate, they give you a tag to put in your car so they know you're a guest. I was able to pick what I wanted for breakfast in an adorable basket and sit in the courtyard to eat. The staff were all so accommodating. They offered to help me get pics of myself and even directed me to the best spots to use as a background! This will always be my Palm Springs spot!

This was a great hotel! The personnel is fantastic, very nice chill vibe in the hotel and great pool. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to Palm Springs.

I enjoyed my stay! the decor and colors are stunning, the attention to detail and design intent are noticeable in every corner. The hotel was very quiet and incredibly relaxing. The snacks bag at arrival and cute breakfast basket gave a special touch- this is the first time for me to receive such service in a hotel in the US. Would definitely come back!

Perhaps the bathroom body towels could be a tad bigger, but apart from that, absolutely nothing.

Beautiful, quiet little hotel. We really enjoyed the decor and design, and the bed was one of the top 3 most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept on (and I travel extensively). The people were lovely, and we honestly wished we’d booked more than one night. The court yard that the hotel rooms surround was truly charming. We arrived at dusk and the golden hour light blended with the garden fairy lights and pool area tranquility, took my breath away.

Everything was well styled. The pool was delightful and the misting was a nice touch. The gardens are immaculate and we enjoyed the viewing deck. The bed, bedding, and pillows are dreamy. This is the comfiest bed I have ever slept in on holiday. It is a lovely place to relax. We came back and stayed again a week after our first visit. We will definitely come back again.

We didn't love the "breakfast," which was really a Continental breakfast, by the way. After four days of croissants, we were pretty tired of our little basket. But the coffee was good, and it was nice to be able to pick up what we wanted and take it to the pool area or our room.

We loved the courtyard of this hotel where the pool and jacuzzi are situated, surrounded by flowering shrubs and other beautiful landscaping. Our room was very comfortable, especially the bed, and we were amazed by the water pressure in the shower. It sounds like a weird thing to highlight, but a great shower is worth mentioning. We also loved how quiet this hotel is. Even the pool area music is kept at a low level, which seemed to suit everyone just fine (lots of reading going on).

Such a charming, colorful and relaxing property. The facilities and amenities are fantastic and perfect for a 21+ stay. The incredible and personable staff make it a top notch experience. Daniella was so thoughtful and kind, making the stay even more fantastic and making me feel right at home. Looking forward to returning again soon.

No set of drawers in the room. Made it hard to unpack.

The staff were amazing, complimentary snacks, clean and beautiful rooms. All of the small details were seen and touched. The breakfast and bikes were amazing as well.
