Could pay more attention on vacuuming the bunk beds area.

Great for kids & families, lots to do, love the free buffet breakfast. Restaurants were tasty, but could use more variety. Room was nice and overall clean. Public areas were very clean and appreciate the routine bathroom maintenance. All the staff was great and they all looked like they genuinely enjoyed their job and being there with the kids.

Booking said was 2 beds and a bunk bed. And was only 1 bed and a bunk bed. Hotel said all rooms are like that other then family suites. So booking needs to update there info.. was short on a bed for a guest but we made it work being there for 1 night. Lighting in the adventure room was dem, understood the them but one side of the bed lamp was broken so was even more dark.. over all the stay was everything for my kids/family. The breakfast was really good, we went to the castle for breakfast and pool after afterwards and stayed at the legoland hotel. Next visit I want to try the castle hotel. Everything walking distance and disco/music in the elevators had my kids and I dancing away

Everything was on site and a lot of events/attractions for the kids to be involved and happy with.

The carpets in the lobby area and going towards Bricks were a little worse for wear. They had bubbling. Perhaps a carpet refresh would be good.

We just love the decor. It is so festive. We really liked the dance party every time you went into the elevator. We enjoyed going to the Skyline Cafe for lunch and dinner. The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable.

Buffet restaurant wasn’t nicely equipped with chairs and tables, too simple for the price we paid.

The rooms were very dark. It would be nice to have some more lights in the main part of the room. There were very few snack foods available on site. It would be nice to have more snacks to buy.

Loved how kid focused it was. All the staff was super friendly and helpful. Food was great!

Arcade out of service. Pool closes too early. I upgraded the room to a Ninjago and honestly think the $64 were not worth it. The rest of my family stayed at Adventure 3rd floor great location and I was “ upgraded” for an extra fee to the last room of the hall, nothing special, no view. Would not upgrade again. Those $64 hurt. Wish I could have a refund. Couldn’t pay deposit with my preferred card because Lobby doesn’t take apple pay. Not usual for such big business in 2025.

Loved the wizard service. Hotel parking was convenient. Love the location next to the park. Pool and pool staff were great. Breakfast buffet was very good. The kids lived the scavenger hunt and the complimentary lego.

Wish I could tell you something bad, but I can’t.

Great place to stay with kids! The bathrooms in common areas have small sinks for kids to reach, the bathrooms in the rooms have step stools to help aid in ease of use. Lots of activities in the hotel after park hours to entertain the family. Love the ease of finding kid friendly snacks and foods. Cannot rave enough about how family friendly this hotel is.

Perfect for kids and adults. Mostly for kids but lots of comfort and amenities for adults too.

The pool hours posted online stated the pool remains open until 10pm which was incorrect. While at the hotel, we found out the pool actually closed at 8pm, which was disappointing, and we were only able to swim for approximately 15 min after leaving the park. The arcade had only a few games, and half of them were not in working order.

The breakfast buffet that was included was great, the room was nice, the beds were very comfortable and the staff was friendly.

Dining options, very kid focussed but kids need adults so it would have been nice to have something a little more adult oriented.

They do such a great job of making sure kids have a great time. The in room treasure hunt, the separate sleeping areas, music in the elevators, all the little extras make it so special for kids.
