Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Needs more attention to cleaning & maintenance, bathroom shower curtain is moldy & nasty, missing towel rack in shower with open holes for bugs to crawl in and out of, long hairs stuck to the hair dryer from who knows when.
Very comfortable, hot tub worked fine, quiet.

Coffee was stale. Told manager and he is going to talk to the vendor. Next to a light but traffic was not that loud unless loud truck. Air conditioner and TV definitely drowned it out.

The pet policy was good. The town itself was not good. There were alot of homeless people around and one came in and wanted to use the phone then asked me for mine. Bad area ever since 2016

That you could not have guest over at all not even if you had kids to come hangout before bed. Their safety is low cops hang out there every night husband said he could not sleep he heard people walking up and down the halls all night and they like calling the cops if u speak to anyone it's at the hotel so yeah be careful with that I do not recommend this hotel room better off at Econo Lodge I even asked for a non-smoking room and downstairs and they put me upstairs in a smoking room. Also they are Indians people and rude as heck you can't even get a refund my best place I like is quilts in clean place breakfast and nicer room 10/10 for quilt inn for legacy 1/10

Well there really wasn't that much I didn't like other than the door to the room had a crack around it big enough that the lights from the street shined through. This to me seemed a little unsafe because it looked like it could have been opened if someone really wanted in.
I liked that the room was clean, bed was comfortable, a good size room, enough towels and quick check in.

The room was clean, comfortable and easy to get to. Everything was very nice. I would recommend to family and friends. Check in was easy and the staff was nice.

The room had dead bugs on the floor. The towels and hand towels were used and never washed, there was still previous human hair on them. One used tiny shampoo bottle. The mattresses were very uncomfortable. The fridge had mold and mildew inside of it. The dresser was broken in multiple spots. We has left and put the towels on the floor for the staff to know to replace them. But, when they came to make the beds, they did not replace a single thing, not the used bottle of shampoo, and they refolded the towels and hand towels and put them back up with the same stingy smell and human hair.
