The hotel is pet-friendly, which was very important to us. However, there is barely any grassy area for dogs to use, which made potty breaks a bit challenging. Check-in could be smoother—staff took quite a while to come to the front desk, and we had to wait up to 15 minutes on multiple occasions until housekeeping alerted them. The staff did apologize, but adding a bell at the front desk would really improve the experience. The room itself was clean and comfortable, but the bedding was minimal (only three thin sheets). Combined with the air conditioning, it was far too cold at night—we ended up buying a blanket just to sleep comfortably. Since housekeeping doesn’t service rooms where pets are staying, fresh towels would be a helpful option. Our towels stayed damp, and after four days we had no dry ones left. Additionally, the room keys easily became disabled when carried in a wallet or pocket, which was inconvenient. Overall, the stay had both positives and challenges. Pet-friendliness and cleanliness were appreciated, but a few small improvements—better check-in service, additional bedding, towel refresh, and more outdoor space for dogs—would make a big difference.

very clean, and included convenient amenities like a microwave, fridge, and hairdryer. The location was perfect—close to beaches, restaurants, and everything we needed. Parking was plentiful and free, which made things easy, and our room was even ready by 1:30 PM. The staff were friendly and very helpful, and the hotel was quiet at night, ensuring a restful sleep. We also appreciated the included breakfast and the snack and drink section at the front desk, which had good options at fair prices. Best of all, the hotel is pet-friendly, which made traveling with our dog so much easier.

We didnt like the fact they came into our room when we asked them not too. My wife is immune compromised and we had to resantize the room when we returned from our outing.

The rooms have been updated since we stayed here before. Last time it had a stench to the room. This time it was freshly painted and no bad smell. Breakfast was good and the room looked nice and clean. Great way to stay with our dog. We bring a boat with us so the close by ramp was vary convenient also.

Too may long term residents hanging out. Was worried about items left in the vehicles. Too many dogs barking that were left in the rooms.

It was a bit dark inside the hallways / corridor and rooms. The air con smelled a bit damp, so we switched off. Also on the floor on bedside, so I tripped in middle of night getting up out of bed. Bathroom had a hole not covered up, and although clean & neat, is in need of a bit of a renovation, brighten the colours up.

Good location, lovely outside facade, close to Jupiter diving and beach location - 5 mins drive to Florida Diving location. Breakfast provided was sufficient. Staff incredibly helpful and friendly - so thank you! We arrived in middle of night due to wild fire blocking our route for 5 hrs on highway, and staff greeted us kindly.

The first bed was broken. there were 2 broken legs and my husband slid nearly off the bed all night. lol. The carpets in the hallway looked so ragged, dirty, nasty.
