Creek where my son could fish. Pet friendly.

Good basic hotel for the cost centrally located to a lot of sites worth visiting.

Would have liked more towels in the rooms from the start of the stay. More space to store clothes and purchases in the room are needed. Did not get the breakfast in the morning, but looked like there had just basic selection of items.

The room while basic in furnishings was comfortable. The location of this hotel was great for everything we were wanting to see in Charleston and the surrounding areas to explore the Boone Hall Plantation and The Charleston Tea Garden. Liked the overlook of the waterway.

Somewhat dated but beds were comfortable. Busy street.

Price and value. Good breakfast would stay again. Nice waterway nearby and dock. A bit of nature in the city.

I had asked for a handicap room and didn't get one. The beds were ok, but my mattress was a little lopsided. The eggs were cold.

    The location was great, peaceful.

The tub top edge could use some new silicone. Loved the blinds but the windows could use some cleaning.

Breakfast was very good with many choices. The dock offered the opportunity to get out on the water. Having a BBQ area is nice for families.

Pool was cloudy and needed to be shocked and cleaned. People were swimming in it despite the less-than-desirable water. Could have used a couple more picnic tables and shade. Some families were waiting for the use of the one table.

This is a great value if you want to visit Charleston and see more than just downtown. It is in a central location, allowing you to get to different beaches, outlet shopping, and parks. Charleston is very expensive, whether you are living there or just on vacation. If you need to save a little money, this is a good option. Pets are welcome.

Ice machine was broken but it wasn't a big deal. We had a cooler with us and got ice at the local gas station

The pier was great for the kids to catch crabs from and the pool was clean and refreshing. Breakfast was on time and a good variety for everyone. Family friendly atmosphere

Floor was dirty around the baseboards and under the ac unit. It needed a good sweeping. There was an outlet and a lamp that did not work.
