We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesParking is horrible. You have a parking deck but you have to cross a busy street to get to it and when carrying groceries or luggage it’s a very long ways especially since you never could find luggage carts anywhere they had like 10 for the whole resort which is 14 stories. Our room was through a Airbnb and we didn’t have enough towels and wash clothes. There was 4 of us they left 5 towels and 5 rags to do us 3 days and we couldn’t get extra we had to use pool towels or go buy more. Basically was told when I messaged if we needed more towels etc we should have brought more with us.
The beds were so comfortable!

United StatesThe resort itself has gone to a cashless system which excludes third party booking guests. This meant we had no access to the Starbucks, pool side bar, or even the restaurant because they bill directly to the resort room. More of a loss for the resort, because we just ventured to others nearby that welcomed us.
We were able to soak up the sun and the sand each day during our stay. The accommodations were excellent and comfortable.

United StatesVacasa needs to be more open on explaining how to get in the room, who to call when you can't get in, what the white badge is for, etc. I didn't know this was an air B and B, when I booked the room. I had a difficult time getting a working code to open the room. Kinda a big deal when you can't get in and the hotel staff can't help you.

United StatesThere was stuff left in my room and stuff with exposed nails sticking out on the floor. This was very dangerous seeing as I have 2 kids with disabilities. Couldn’t use WiFi for 2 days. There was random hair on the sheets and towels.

United StatesThe fact that we weren't told that the room we booked was an Air B&B. We weren't able to access any of the amenities outside our room but 2 pools. The kids weren't able to buy Starbucks without a green wristband. I couldn't sleep on the bed without having a step stool. In my opinion I should get my money back.

United StatesWhen I got there, they did not even put a trash bag in the bathroom floor or they give me bags for the rest of this days I was staying. The lady from the water park is super rude and disrespectful , the man on the other hand was a nice and polite.
The property is nice, the lady from the water park was super rude and arrogant to everybody, but the rest of the staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was horrible It’s a mediocre breakfast and the breakfast was super expensive for only options that they have for breakfast.

United StatesWe were treated like outcasts, the front desk said they could not help us with anything at all. I've never seen such disgusting treatment of guests in my lifetime. Without an access key, we had to wait until someone with an access key to follow them thru to get to our room.
We were not allowed to associate with anything at Landmark Resort due to going thru Booking.com/Vacasa. We had issues with the commode; we were unable to find wristbands, access keys until days later in a top cabinet.

United StatesThe combination lock on door is very finicky took several tries every time we came in the room Also the fact you can't use the restaurant and bar due to booking offsite is a big inconvenience and not being able to use the pools and fun stuff would be a problem if you have children we did not so not a big deal for us Not even a cup of coffee in the morning from the shop Id stay the hotel again but not book offsite for those reasons
