The room was very hot during the day and while there was full kitchen access there is very little in the way of dishes or cooking utensils.

The host was a very decent and understanding man who was willing to work with you and help you where he could. I appreciate his patience and understanding.

They changed location at the last minute, and we stayed in Lakewood, not at Lakehouse. It was not really clean, and the door was wide open when we got there at night, and when we left in the morning, i booked because it was cheap but it cost me more in the long run. Also, we had no key to our room, we didn't feel safe

NO KEY or pin pad lock TO YOUR ROOM so your belongs arnt secured. There was no towels, toilet paper, internet, kitchen utensils or free laundry. Room smelled funny like musty arm pit, fridge and microwave were dirty. Charged a cleaning fee for each night even though there isn’t someone cleaning each day. I have stayed in rooming houses before and while this was clean and I would stay again if I was in a pinch. DO NOT expect ABNB or VERBO amenities (your get what you pay for) Although no key to room I didn’t feel unsafe. Having to take off ur shoes at the door, bathtub didn’t drain.

I stayed here 2 nights while awaiting approval to move into my new home. The owner was very responsive and property was clean. Secure parking and quiet even though other guest. Large room, close to everything, grocery store, restaurants and freeway access all less than a min away. Mall and additional restaurants about 5 Mins. JLMB 10-15 mins. Cheap price.

Everything! The main issue was that there was nothing in the listing about it being a share situation. Everything was shared except the bedroom and bathroom. The shared area was very messy, stuff everywhere- including many empty bottles of alcohol (which made me uncomfortable) as the person was a stranger. The booking was for 2 people but only one towel was supplied. There was no topsheet on the bed just a blanket.The pictures on the listing did not match the disaster we walked into. Stay away! we couldn't get out fast enough!

This property never existed. The owner sent me to an unsafe location, different house with a lot of people, 1 kitchen for more than 10 people. I had to cancel my stays. I only stayed there 4 nights. He is a scammer.

The bed have a thin mattress, the floor have very dirty carpet, the toilet have broken wall, broken faucet, only one roll of toilet paper, the toilet bowl needs new cover, no shampoo and soap, one towel was provided for the whole stay, the linen and pillows are old and didnt smell like its newly washed.We waited for an hour before we are able to checked in.Theres no central heat/ air.The room got really hot and hard to sleep on our 4th day.We requested electric fan.They provided after 3-4 hours of waiting.The kitchen dont have plates and spoons/forks.The parking is not cemented.

The host never asked if we needed anything such as towels, He would not even wash the sheets that were on the bed.. he informed me that there was a washer and dryer that was 6$ and 1$. He also charged for a cleaning fee but nothing ever got cleaned.. I had 2 outside entrances in my room the led to the backyard where our car was parked and I was told that I couldn't use them I was told I couldn't utilize the whole house. I was told to sleep and that was it.. AND all 4 of my tired were slashed on his property and he literally told me I had to move my car
