There was only one TV located in the living room.

Our cottage was Clean. One of the room (with double bed) was very small. It was hard to move around d. The other room with the two double bed was quite large. The room was clean upon arrival. And I love that the shirt were nicely put in an airtight bag. Although we only came for the weekend. My grandkids love it there. The use of them pool, hot tub and small zip line, and kids cap was utilized by my Grandkids. I love that the trolly stop was very close, cause it was a bit of a walk to the village. We will definitely stay here again because I love that I can sit in the post g and have a Cup of coffee while taking in the brisk cool Air. I also loved that it was located on the lake side..

One group was a bit rowdy at the beach during the day playing loud music.

They have their own beach and swimming area in Lake George. Kayaks, canoes, and paddle boards are available for free (pending availability); they are simple but they work for exploring the little bay and nearby island. Two pools. Events during the week (including free breakfast on Fridays) most of which are kid-focused. It's an ideal place for families; for couples, it's a solid place for a night or two. The staff was really friendly and helpful. After, check out, you can also enjoy the place for the rest of the day.

There are two pools and they’re heated. The jacuzzi is so serene. They offer a lot of amenities free of charge, which is unlike other properties. They have game rooms as well as lots of games that you can borrow or paddle boards and kayaks that you can also utilize for free. I also like that they have a park for the children and a basketball hoop. You can also stay on the facilities after checking out, which is very nice.

There was a mistake at checking and first we were given keys to a room that was already occupied 😨, but then we got an even better room than what we booked and were allowed late checkout.

Beautiful location, with kayaks available, Tea Island just off the shore, and a spacious grassy area to suntan and relax. Our cottage was across the road in the hillside and it was calm and quiet, with brand new kitchen and bathroom, comfortable and spacious, with a terrace. Lake George village is 4 min drive away with all the restaurants and bars. Overall we had a great stay.

The parking lot is in rough shape and parking is limited and tight. Not easy to park motorcycles in the cabin area. The soda machine was broke and did not get fixed during my stay. It could use a few vending machines and the TV's need a channel guide. None of these would prevent me from staying there again. Great experience.

I really enjoyed the breakfast in the morning and the cooks/staff were great! The location was beautiful and cozy. Quieter and away from town was nice. Also many options available (cabins, motel, townhouse, etc.). Would definitely stay again.

Management need improvement on valuing their customers time. If a stay is not ready at check-in time, which is 3 PM, then the customer should receive a courtesy call before hand letting them know that staff is running late. I did not get to check in until after five, which delayed my plans for my sister‘s birthday. I called in the morning and could’ve been told ahead of time that there would be a wait. It is very inconsiderate and could definitely be handled better.

Wish checkniut was at 11 but understand you have to get things cleaned. Also when family checked in after 4 there rooms were not finished being cleaned.

The staff was extremely pleasant and friendly. Location was perfect for our time together with family and friends. Loved our location of our rooms we were all together and had plenty of space to eat and cook. The kids loved using the game room.
