There were small insects crawling on the dresser and around the patio door. Could have been ants. We didn’t feel comfortable putting our clothes in the drawers so we kept them in our bags being that we only stayed for 2 nights.

We stayed here to attend a funeral in the area so it accommodated our needs. The rooms were spacious and clean for the most part.

The accommodation is excellent for the price . We have stayed here before (7 years ago) and it has been kept in really good condition. The furniture is a little dated, but in terms of space, location and maintenance of the site we were delighted and we will visit again. The pool area is really clean and tidy, this is reflective of the whole site. We used the gym which was very good and the shop (whilst expensive), is well stocked. The staff were very friendly. On site parking was always available. The rooms are big and spacious, four of us stayed in a 2 bedroom accommodation and it was excellent. The kitchen area is small, but that is okay. Location is superb for Disney, we could reach any park in 10-15 mins, this meant we could come home and then return back to the parks when we were ready. Universal is a 25 minute drive up the i4, this was fine and not a problem at all. The shuttle bus picks you up outside the hotel and is a very good service. An Uber back from the parks was 10- 12 dollars. Overall an excellent accommodation for the price.

Need recycling facilities to avoid having to throw bottles, cardboard etc in the rubbish chute.

The room was dated. The curtains covering the sliding door to the balcony was falling apart. The kitchen had no available counter space because of the ill-fitting microwave and coffee maker. The inside of the dishwasher smelled pretty bad.

Nothing, however be aware keys will deactivate if anywhere near a phone, credit card or keys.

Location so close to Disney. Easy and reasonable cost for Uber for a smaller group. Plenty of space. Fully functioning condo with great view. Family friendly. Great separation of bedrooms with two bathrooms. Coffee in lobby in the morning. Fantastic pool bar. Pizza Hut and convenience store.

The rooms are big nice and clean.A regular size kitchen with everything you need.12 minutes away from the parks.FREE Parking covered and uncovered. I hate paying for parking in Orlando it can increase your bill by 75-100 dollars for a 3 day stay.A supermarket and a Mall next door.I definitely will stay again

Clean premises, friendly staff. Close to Disney, easy drive to universal. Super little outlet park 2 min walk away. Highly recommend this place to stay. Loads of food options close by also and great pool. Loads of parking.

Out dated furniture & carpets. Concierge (Virgil) did not give correct information on other dining options within walking distance. Ie: outlet food court, which we didn't find until our last day

The rooms are extremely dated. Some items didn’t work properly, such as the light in the mater toilet room. The dryer needed 3 full cycles before small loads were dry. No offer of mid stay clean unless you pay extra.

The pool area and convenience store were a major bonus. The location and the size of the units are perfect. Staff was friendly.

Loud music from neighbours during nighttime. People was smoking Weed on the balcony and the small was all over the place.

Fair good for the price and the staff took Care of our complains.

The whole reason I went to that property was because of the ship with the slide, but nowhere did it say the height of kids are any restrictions on the line would I have known that my grandkids four and five could not have to get on the slides I probably would not have stayed there. The game room needs to be updated as most of the games do not work properly and take your coins.

Extra charges for clean towels. Had to do our own laundry or pay extra. Had to buy your own extra toilet paper. Toilets did not flush well!

Old scratched up furniture and very worn accessories. The refrigerator broke, dryer didnt dry and a lamp fell apart in my hand. I knew it was an older place but it needs tlc.

The pool was very nice and the main attraction. The rooms were a good size but everything needed updating. The staff was very friendly and quick to get the help we needed.

We’ve stayed here many times and the property is looking very tired and dated. Room furniture and carpets need updating and awful yellow paint in the corridors needs to be refreshed

Wish the room was higher to see the fireworks better. I wish i knew about the height requirement for the slide. My youngest couldn't go on it and it was his birthday, so he was a little upset.

The master bedroom jacuzzi did NOT work. HIGH BUMMER for my husband and I. The 2nd master suite jacuzzi worked temporarily, and then we were forced to shut down the breaker due to an insane amount of noise. The 3rd bathroom shower dripped consistently thru out the night, driving my daughter completely CRAZY!!!

Was kind of difficult looking for parking space, especially if you came in late

Really like the size of the room and the pool was clean everything was nearby
