Housekeeping not great. Our rooms were sometimes not made up. Or at 4-5 when we were back from day out!!

Lots of facilities. Pool, restaurants and shops. Excellent.

The beds were god awful. Especially spending all day at the park, not enjoyable to come back to to get some rest. I felt like I was sleeping on the ground in a trash bag. On top of that, they were tiny! We felt really congested in our room, like we were breathing in bad air. Also, encountered one rude bellman. Hopefully it was just an off night for him.

The pool was inviting and relaxing. Loved that the kids pool had a huge tree for shade. The fitness area had a great selection, wish I had more time to spend in there. Loved the swans on the lake and that it was included with our stay. The s'more's and movie on the beach was so much fun for the kids! I also loved our view. We were told we had no view and they wanted me to upgrade $50 a night. I wasn’t spending that money just for a “view.” Come to find out, we had the only view we wanted. Fireworks at MK! We had the Westside no view aka the parking lot.

Location is amazing, short boat ride from the parks. The pool and beach were so relaxing, with movies outside and visible fireworks from parks. Laundry room. gym with a water dispenser and vending machine. Many restaurants on the site and quick service shop

The toilet is extremely small, the bathroom is very small with a very small bathtub, suitable for small children, definitely not for adults.

The hotel is nice, great looking lobby, good location, nice view, few meters away from the Boardwalk, you can take the boat to Epcot or Magic Kingdom.

Pool bar/grill closed a little too early. The bathrooms in the rooms were small.

The amenities were great. Pool and beach were very nice! The kids enjoyed making s'mores and the swan boats! Loved the water shuttles, made it super easy to get to the Disney parks! Rooms were clean. Great location with several food options.

Very confusing to get to the pool you have to go through a maze

A very nice hotel with lots of restaurants, we've loved the italian trattoria,big size room and shower, the bed king size very confortable, the pool was a vibe, the fluel shop was making nice sandwiches and coffee . Convenient placement if you whant to visit Magic kingdom and other parks having complementary bus

Dolphin is located just footsteps away from Epcot and park transportation to Hollywood and monorail. Large pool area and lobby make for casual lounging and dining

It's hard to quibble with perfection! The room could be better served with a microwave if only to reheat our coffee in the morning. The TV channel selection was a bit limited with little diversity in venue. Our biggest concern was the frigid temperature (AC) in the hallways (elevator to our room),,,Had to move fast to avoid frostbite.

The room was gorgeous with balcony facing EPCOT. A wonderful way to start and end the day. The room was huge and clean w lots of light. Good size refrigerator, comfortable bed and perfect work desk for planning. Bright & cheery!

Food and drink prices were quite expensive.

Spacious rooms with superb view, we liked the evening entertainment, open air cinema, also the water features, swimming pool and DJ at the pool.

So cold! The AC is super cold specially when coming in from outside where it is super hot and humid, you feel that it is freezing indoor. Same applies to buses.

Almost everything, the resort is amazing, the view, the lake around, you feel like you are in another world! The shuttle to the parks is easy. Fuel in the lobby has good pastries and coffee

WiFi was almost not working. Parking charges very disappointing as the parking is inside the premises itself, 40usd per night was too much.
