Everything was fantastic! The staff was great, the location was convenient and there are many things to do on property! Our family loved it!

We had no hot water day of check out could not shower before we left to go to event and no compensation was offered

Rooms did not cool enough. Spent most of the time in the room feeling excessively warm

Nice location .. close to Disney

Not as clean as I would have preferred and what I assume was the air conditioner condensate behind a wall in our room made a horrible noise all night that made it hard to sleep. Bed was ok .. sheets a little scratchy .. rooms could be cleaned better as you can tell some corners are just covered with dust piling up over the years.. and outside of window had mold all over . Pool was ok .. some more crowded than others .

Beds were cozy and plush. Beautiful sitting and waiting areas. Check-in was quick. Nelson was our bus driver and he is so amazing. Provided us with waters and snacks for the day at the park. So friendly and full of tips and trivia for the area.

Pools were crowded. After checking in, it wasn’t clear exactly where to park or how to get upstairs in the building. There are multiple buildings around that are connected. They all use the same parking.

The room size

The location is very isolated and the pools are spread-out. When booking, l thought the pools were all in one place..

Great location to the parks and the pool was great.

Had to pay to park.

Loved the views, lazy river. The room was larger then the Dolphin and valet was 40 as opposed to 52 per night at the Dolphin. I love the Dolphin, but this is my new favorite.

Facilities need an update and pool needs cleaning.

Stayed here 4 years ago, sadly this was not the same experience, the level of service just isn’t what it once was. Limited buses to the theme parks, grounds were dirty. It was very disappointing

Dany the bar waiter provided us with great service and Chino, the manager ensured we were happy and looked after. The staff at breakfast were also amazin and food variety was exceptional! Thank you so much

The hotel was pretty and the areas was extremely nice

Some staff was rude like the lifeguard when you approached to them or the staff and as well the crew who do the check in and the valet parking people they was extremely rude. The prices of the food is to expensive for the taste and portions. I don’t like paying extra for the parking was not necessary when you pay a lot for food and the trip. The rooms was ok but not recommended for family due to Is to Small and you don’t have any space to change o Dress except the restroom

It has shared pools, lazy rivers, mini golf, etc. with the other Wyndham tower hotels. There is a Starbucks in the Lobby

One time the cleaning lady came around 4pm to our room. Not convenient for us.
