The elevators were not so clean and one was only inservice sporadically. Would like more breakfast choices.

The people were friendly and the location perfect for my work project. Parking was much appreciated. The rooms were clean but outdated.

Everything was clean , the staff was nice , there is self service coffee in the hall, breakfast was complete and sufficient. We had a very nice surprise considering the price.

The Wi-Fi service was unreliable, causing frequent disconnections for all our devices, including the hotel's TV. Additionally, breakfast service was significantly impacted by overcrowding, as there were not enough seats to accommodate guests, forcing some to stand in the lobby while eating.

Easy check-in and out. The process was quick and seamless, handled by a friendly and efficient front desk staff. Plenty of outlets in the room. It was very convenient to have so many accessible charging points for all our devices, which is a great modern touch. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained.

We arrived in the evening after a long flight from the UK and the lady who checked us in was rude and unhelpful. We avoided the staff after speaking to her. It was over priced.

Assembly row is a great place to stay with lots of great shops and places to eat. It's very easy to get into the centre of Boston by the subway. Location is fantastic.

La Quinta asked me the day before to confirm my reservation. The link sent me to an upgrade page, which I mistakenly clicked on. The "upgrade" was from two beds to a suite with one bed and a pull-out. The staff tried to put us in a two-bed room, but there were none available. They did move us to a bigger suite. The extra space was appreciated. However, the pull-outs in both rooms were totally uncomfortable (basically cots) and the bed was also old and lumpy. As mentioned before, the carpets need a good washing. The price was high given the accommodations, but that is Boston, I guess.

Staff was very accommodating. Rooms were clean (though the carpets are a bit old and musty). AC worked well. Location was good (walk to many shops, mass transport). Breakfast adequate. In-house laundry was helpful.

Nothing the hotel could do, but the neighborhood was not very nice as far as lots of graffiti, trash etc. There wasn't much close by to to eat and since I didn't have a car, had to walk over to the shopping center. My only option was Trader Joe's. Again, not much the hotel can do about that. I realize this is a big city, and these things happen. The only thing that bothered me is that the shuttle drivers did not help with my luggage at all. I have a shoulder injury and it was hard for me to lift it onto the bus. I almost fell the first time I got in. The driver never left his seat. On my return to the airport the driver was late. Luckily I allowed for 2 hours to get there and get checked in. The person at the front desk, I think his name was Eddie was super nice!

. The room was very nice and clean. Quiet

The lobby is crowded. One elevator was not working. The elevator doors and carpets do not seem clean. The 2nd floor did not have a pleasant smell. The whole place needs modernized.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location was a couple of miles to my work location. The parking is the best. My room was very clean.

Although I liked the neighborhood but you need to consider that from hotel to metro station is at least a 10-minute-walk. The hotel itself is old and it definitely needs a renovation. Also, the area the hotel is located in is far from the downtown and each time you need to take metro to go to touristic areas, which takes about 20 minutes.

Staff were really nice and the hotel was in a nice neighborhood.

The cleanliness of this property can definitely be improved! Also, there is a lot of old furniture, broken fixtures, and evidence of vandalism inside the hotel.

The staff were exceptional. Positive, welcoming, helpful. So great! The location is perfect for being able to stay and access shopping and dining.

The mattress was stained and should be replaced. Breakfast choices were very limited. The bathroom needed updating, and the bathtub looked grubby. The fitness room was a joke.

Good location within walking distance of Assembly Square with lots of great restaurants and shopping.
