They lied accused me of smoking in their room. Charged me 250 and hung up on me when I called to ask about it. I eventually had to end my trip home turn around to go back to the hotel to handle issues face to face.

I didn't like The AC Machine because the AC Machine wouldn't allow me to change the temperature I had a small difficult time trying to stay warm and getting a full night sleep. Please fix you're AC Machine.

The Room is very clean, the beds where very comfy, the staff managed to guide me well, the staff managed to respect my privacy, the parking is is good, and the area I was staying at was very peaceful and the restaurant I ate was outstanding. I also managed to enjoy the free breakfast.

The TV didn't work in the room, even after going down to the front desk to have someone come fix it, no one came up to do it.

The pool was not open and didn't look as if it had been opened in a long time. We had a room full of kids and no pool. It should say at least on the website there is no pool

The breakfast was ok, just a little packed. Coffee was good that was the best part about it I'd have to say they try at least to make your stay enjoyable. The staff is nice enough.

One Of The Elevators Was Not Working At The Time. That's The Only Issue I Seen. Other Then That We Had A Great Stay.

I Love The Location It Was Around 20 Min From Everything. The Breakfast Was Okay If I Could Make A Suggestion. Everyone Does Not Eat Pork. So May be. You Guys Could Have Turkey Or Chicken As Well. Other Than That Everything Was Good.

Front desk not paying attention charge my debit card. The room was already paid for thru another card. Only thing needed to be put on my card was incidental fee. This goes to not paying attention.

I had to switch rooms because the ac wasn't working in the room then the bed didnt have a mattress protector, it was improperly made, the next room didn't have all the things inside such as it cost and to take $150 deposit is ridiculous. The furniture was also buckled up , the wood had been wet. They need new furniture 😩

Some of the staff were very rude. Towels were removed and none were left. I had to go to the reception to pick them up because they had no staff. Tub clogged twice and at night, the response was: we can’t do anything until tomorrow.

Needed a deeper clean. Key things needed to be checked. And some overall maintenance is required. The door had issues, and the tub was backed up.

The property will need renovation to stay a viable option going forward. Issues with key cards staying keyed for room entry - often didn’t work.

Gaps in door, could hear everything in the hallway (people talking, doors slamming shut, movements), the breakfast was meh, I was woken up by security due to a miscommunication issue, and I didn't like that I had a connecting room where it was a 2nd door in my room for entering/existing.

My sink in the bathroom leaked the whole 4 days I was there.

The breakfast was good. Needed more fruit variety. They only had apples. No bananas no oranges. Other have all at other hotels I have stayed at. The location was convenient

Traveling for pleasure, I think ending breakfast at 9 is too early. I've missed breakfast the last few times I've stayed at this location. Perhaps some pastries or muffins, and fruit could be left out for late riserrs... I would prefer a full breakfast, but there is an option.

I loved the area of the hotel THE MOST!!!!….room was cool, even though I requested a room on a high floor) and didn’t get it. Stayed 3 nights and housekeeping NEVER cleaned the room!!! Having to call everyday for towels CRAZY WORK. First time I called they said someone would bring them up and never did, so my fiancé had to go down each day!!! The side doors don’t let you in, only out. You can tell dusty is never done, the way the shelves in the bathroom were, were RIDICULOUS. The microwave didn’t have the plate (smh) A $150 hold was placed on my card but was only given back $114 so where the other $36 went (IDK)
