How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The desk chair was really worn out. The leather on the chair was terribly worn off. A few of the towels weren't very white and clean looking. The toilet had issues flushing properly and one of the knobs on the chest drawer was hanging off.
The breakfast was decent. The coffee was really good. Good location.

Went for breakfast about 8:15/8:30 and nothing there but an apple. A lot of large groups including a bus load of girls and a baseball team. Very noisy till late at or early morning.

They keep saying and have it posted 100%smoke free and my whole floor stunk. The floor in our bathroom felt like it was going to fall through. Breakfast was a joke. They close and lock down the hotel at 11pm.
It was cheap. Room was clean.

Some things are in disrepair. The elevator makes a concerning very loud sound when moving. Breakfast was adequate at best.

The pool was shut down for long term maintenance. You could hear a lot of movement through the ceiling.

Old dingy towels. And the hotel advertised a pool. That was the reason that I chose the hotel. But upon arrival the staff said it was out of commission for maintenance. But when I looked in the window the pool facilities looked like an abandoned construction site and clearly had not been functional in years.
I appreciated the ease of booking and the location. Facilty was clean.

There could be a better selection of fruit for breakfast (bananas, grapes, oranges). Also could use a better selection of yogurts (strawberry, banana, blueberry). Also pool area is very outdated and could use a total makeover. The handicap seat at pool did not function. Also would be very nice to add a jacuzi in pool area for guests.
Breakfast was good. You can make your own waffles. The apple juice and orange juice tasted very fresh. The milk and cereal selection is good. Also the eggs and sausage patties are pre-made and taste delicious. There was a selection of toast, bagels, and muffins. There was apples, peach yogurt, and oatmeal packets. Also coffee is made daily and fresh with a good selection of brand name creamers. Overall Good for being a free breakfast included with your stay.

Pool. Like a kids pool,and cold. The TV was always on volume 27 when u turn it on,so it's blaring. Lol.

I got a piece of glass stuck in my foot while showering.. really glad I showered before my kids did! That was the worst of it and the reason I can't give it a better score. The plumbing was slow and the gym facilities were a little broken.
The staff was so friendly those guys were the best! Tried their hardest to make everything comfortable and keep the place running.

Learn how to make waffles And put enough choices out and some fresh fruit . the apples were wilted and yucky.
The sausage was real good! The eggs fair, the waffle's hideous and the coffee was great.

The grounds weren't the cleanest. The only notable grass area to the west had broken glass and used feminine products on the ground. The rooms didn't smell very good when we got there.
Was easy to get to with quick access to the Interstate. Prices weren't bad with location. Staff were helpful with any requests we had. Were able to get me in adjoining rooms as I requested and made the stay more enjoyable.

There was still food in the fridge from the last guest. This makes me question their cleaning protocols. There was a car air freshener in the vents in the hallways.
The breakfast was mediocre but at least they offered something and included it in the stay.
