Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United StatesThe lawn needed manicured, the room needed dusting, furniture needed to be cleaned, the bathroom floor appeared to need mopping, etc. One of the beds was squeaking badly. The hotel needs renovating. The rug in the front lobby needed to be shampooed as well as in the hallway.

United StatesThe location is prefect. The room is amazing and the bed is so comfortable and clean. The breakfast was my family favorite part of the whole vacation. Housekeeping was so nice and made sure we had plenty of towels and tissue. The front desk clerk for the night of our arrival was so helpful and nice. She told us everything we needed to know. Definitely rate this location a 10. Me and my family will definitely stay at this location again.

United StatesWe were almost charged a pet fee for my husband's service dog, which is never supposed to happen. The lady who checked us in kept insisting on seeing some kind of identification that it was a service dog, which is federally illegal. We showed her a card that states the rights of owning a service dog which finally appeased her. In addition, she insisted that the owner makes her ask for proof, which again, is illegal. In the morning, management checked us out and said that they were called about the incident and told her she is never allowed to ask if the dog is a service dog. The manager also stated that there is a memo posted in the office regarding service animals, and they will have a long discussion with the staff member later. We enjoy La Quinta stays, but we ask the staff begin constant training their staff on policy.
