Everyday we had to get new room keys assigned because the previous ones kept being unprogrammed. Making it very inconvenient and having to go back and forth to the front desk.

I didn’t like that the floor of our room felt so gross you couldn’t walk with out socks on def need to replace or really carpet clean, no one let us know if your phone is too close to the key card it will demagnetize the card, so twice we had that problem with having to get them replaced, and the first time the guy asked “well did you put it by your phone” well maybe, but no one said we had to be mindful of that during check in. The elevator is a little sketchy as well

The fee first parking they lie about the size of the bed. It says queen and it's a full size the toilet clogging up. The water on the shower was super hot.

No breakfast, a little sketchy location, the rooms were ok for a run down hotel. The bathtub had rust in it, the lights flickered on and off, our room never got cleaned, the sink was clogged, it also had a smell about it, mildew and smoke mixed.

The property was nice and clean. We only slept after a whole day at SeaWorld, and it was close to a log restaurant, which was great.

There were turds playing loud music and smoking weed in the parking structure. The property used to be a la Quinta and was pretty run down, with stucco falling apart, uneven and patched balcony floors that were at best tripping hazards, and an elevator that smelled like meth and sex. Also, reserved a twin queen room and got one full size bed.

No breakfast. Our door was open when we checked in, really weird. The whole hotel seemed sketchy. Read the reviews Hotel needs to be cleaned like new furniture would be great, wipe down walls., update everything. Parking lot is sketchy. Homeless people in and out all night long

Poor lighting in the stairways it’s definitely a hazard at night Vending machines in the office was not working. I probably lost a couple of bucks. I will have to check my invoice on my bank statement. The room that I reserved was not available because of overbooking When you book a room with specific needs that you want it should be available to you instead of giving it to someone else when you make advanced reservations not good

I feel like the pictures online showed a totally different view of what the rooms and the hotel was. And one of the beds there was Juice or soda on the wall, which made the bed dirty
