Breakfast was below expectation. Half the hotel had outside access to rooms along an open walkway although it wasn't accessible except through the main lobby.

The shuttle bus from the airport is scheduled to come and go every 45 minutes. That’s too long under normal circumstances but I waited over an hour and then it made stops at several hotels on the way. While I was waiting, the shuttle for Residents Inn , which is closer, came four times. The shuttle to the airport ran as scheduled but took forever to get to the airport. Some of the passengers missed their flights because they didn’t know the shuttle stopped several times at other hotels to pick people up.

The property is a fine generic hotel. Exactly what you would expect.

More regular shuttle, hotel promotes this but it’s Only every 45mins. Breakfast start earlier for those on early flights,

Shuttle is every 45mins so we got taxi which was $22 + annoying. Gym was good after long flight, pool was nice, room large + well appointed, breakfast was very good.

We were very happy no complaints

We arrived rather jetlagged and extremely tired after a long journey all the way from Australia via Hong Kong very late at night. We received a very courteous and friendly welcome from the lovely young lady on reception despite the late hour. Check in was prompt and efficient. We were delighted with our room - very spacious, peaceful, clean and comfortable. Yes a little jaded but it did not impact on our stay at all. We enjoyed our breakfast - once more lovely attentive and friendly staff. The hotel has such an engaging charm. Thank you to all the team who contributed to our successful stay.

Airport shuttle not 24/7, went outside to catch the one scheduled for 10:13 but didn’t come so I had to get an uber to and from location.

The room was really nice. My partner had a little bit of a hard time because of some cleaning product that have been used, it irritated her throat. Overall, it was a very nice facility.

It was nice, basic, but could use an upgrade: example, The toilet did not flush once, but I fixed it, and it worked fine after that. It had a jetted tub, but we did not use it because it looked old and frankly, the tub needed a deep clean. We don’t blame the cleaning people though. We are aware that they only get so much time to clean a room. There should be a policy that allows the cleaning staff to do a monthly deep clean, especially for bathrooms with grout and a tub that is advertised as having a jetted tub. There was a ring around the drain that looked like it needed to be scrubbed and the shower walls needed a good scrubbing (you could see the dirt & mold in the grout). We could tell the room had been cleaned, but it needed a deep cleaning. Also, we appreciate the lower fee for nightly parking, but the parking lot is small and some of the spaces are tight. There was one car parked there that had not moved the whole time we were there and they parked crooked so nobody could park next to them. One night we came back and couldn’t find a descent parking spot. My husband had to inch back and forth to fit into a very tight spot. If you pay for parking, you should be able to park without that much hassle.

The property itself is a bit dated, but the staff more than make up for that. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

The staff were amazing. So helpful and friendly, they were able to accomodate our multiple requests with no fuss. Breakfast was good. We loved the pool! And I quite enjoyed watching planes take off from our room window.

We were by the lift, a very noisey spot. The door kept slamming and you could hear the plumbing from the room beside us which was also very loud
