The breakfast area is in a separate building.

It was a short 7 min drive to Ruth Eckerd Hall. We had a balcony overlooking the inside courtyard which was very nice. Pool area is ok too. Perfect for one night stay.

I didn't like that my daughter left her Crocs in the pool. Then, when she went to look for them, they weren't there. Someone else stole them. They were her favorite Crocs, and she cried a lot. We called the front desk, but they didn't solve anything.

I liked how clean it was when we arrived, and we asked for a room facing the pool and they accommodated us.

Our room had an old "in-window" AirCon which was very loud no matter which mode / setting / speed etc. was selected. That was not very pleasant.

The property was very conveniently located and offered some very nice quality of life features like the pool, whirlpool, free water, Ice and coffee 24/7. The breakfast was also included and perfectly fine.

The rooms need to be renovated because it still had that old seal, but I can tell that they were doing some renovating in the building

The Wifi was sub-par. (I was in room 165) Only had 1-2 bars of signal, and low bandwidth. Also, the cell service was so poor that I was unable to achieve a better connection with my own internet hotspot.

The AC unit is positioned in a spot where the curtain partially blocked the airflow into the room. It was pretty warm until I noticed the issue and pulled the curtain aside. Once the airflow was running, the temperature improved significantly.

We booked three rooms for a three-night stay. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the breakfast exceeded expectations for a value hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful—especially during breakfast. Anytime we mentioned something had run out, they immediately looked for more and brought it out quickly.

Basic Standard hotel in a great central location to everything the greater Tampa/Clearwater area has to offer. Easy access to major routes, the airport, the beaches, the city, everything. Staff was friendly, pool was well kept. Restaurant next door is phenomenal as well if you want more than just the standard free hotel offerings or lunch. Great mini golf course right down the street.

The noise from the air conditioner in the room was quite loud, which made it difficult to sleep at night. If this issue is resolved, the overall stay would be much more comfortable.

The room was very clean and housekeeping was done regularly. Breakfast has improved a lot — better variety and taste.
