How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Room could be a little cleaner. Housekeeping should look at walls and door trim, baseboard and other for dirt, finger prints and other marks and smears and they should be wiping those clean daily. Overtime, it gets very noticeable and harder to clean.

The exterior was a little scary in the evening for a female to take the dog out to potty but that’s mainly because of the location right of the highway.
Location made it very easy to stop for the evening and head out early the next morning. Loved that my pet was welcomed since we had to bring her on this trip.

We had to leave so early the next morning!
The place looked and smelled brand new but the desk clerk said it has been there for 7 years! The room was icy cold which was great because it was 102° outside. It was immaculately cleaned. Very homey and comfortable. Breakfast was such an extra bonus too. Great food and a great food hostess. Best La Quinta we have ever stayed in! And we ALWAYS STAY AT LA QUINTA INNS.

the room was clean and comfortable. We were able to park close to the room and there was plenty of grass around the property for the pups. Grass is premium in that area. We really appreciated having nice well kept grounds around the hotel. Everyone we encountered was wonderful and super helpful. We will stay there again for sure!

There was nothing I didn't like about the location or my stay, everything was excellent.
The staff was very friendly and did an excellent job accommodating the guests. The breakfast served was excellent and had a nice variety of items to offer. Overall, it as an excellent experience and I'm look forward to staying at another La Quinta on my next trip.

The only thing I would change would be the pillows. I prefer softer pillows but the hotel and room were very nice. I was traveling with 2 dogs and unfortunately some of my fellow travelers do not pick up after their dogs which was a little gross but I would stay again.

AC/heating wasn’t great. No extractor in bathroom.

The parking area was set up in a way that made me question safety in the parking lot while loading and unloading things. That has to do more with the large vehicles in the unpaved area that weren’t necessarily there for a stay at the hotel.
The location was convenient and the facilities were clean/in great shape.

Got disturbed in the morning while I was in the shower, they told my husband they had water leaking from our room to the lobby! They need to check it out as soon as we leave!There was no water on the floor in the bathroom.

There was not one thing to dislike. Everything exceeded my expectations.

As with many hotels, little too much noise, but not intolerable. Honestly that was it . For a quick overnight stay, was great.
Clean room. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Room and bathroom had plenty of space. Convenient location, easy to find and exit.

This La Quinta charges for pets which had not been our experience at many other La Quintas
