Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The breakfast was good, it’s kept simple (eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal and toast), but it satisfies the whole family. The rooms are minimalistic, which is great for myself.

United StatesThe fan in bathroom was very loud could’ve been cause it was packed with lint. Behind toilet was dirty. Towels were very dingy. Bathroom sink was backed up. Took 15 min. to drain. The front desk help needs to work on their attitude. Not friendly at all. Wasn’t even greeted when walking in or thanked when I left.
Bed was comfortable. It was a convenient location for my needs.

There was trash in the bathroom from the previous guest and the toilet seat was up which could have meant that it hadn't been cleaned. I asked the front desk to address this in the late afternoon and nothing was done.

United StatesThe bathroom wasn't as clean as it could have been. There was an empty makeup packet on the counter left from whoever was there before. The shower floor looked like it had not been cleaned. We went to breakfast around 7:45 and we had adequate food but when we got the scrambled eggs, there was very little left and the 20 or so minutes we were there, the eggs were not refilled.
We have stayed here before. Staff is always friendly. We will most likely continue to stay there because it is convenient to our destination.
