Older, but not bad. Reason we picked this over a comparable hotel was the heated pool. But it was not. Also says facility is non smoking, but there were cigarette butts all around the hot tub. A/C pretty much didn’t work.

Dirty elevator buttons, filthy drapes in the room ( we wouldn't even open our curtains because we didn't want to touch them) and all carpet in the hotel needs replacing because of the dirtiness. We have to come back to Tucson in two weeks but we won't be staying there.

Staff was nice, breakfast was pretty good, and bed was comfortable. Check-in was easy.

Accessible room. Some outlets didn’t work and lamp wobbled badly. Hard to reach toilet paper because holder was on wall to back of toilet. Toilet paper holder was looks and bar kept falling out. Water in shower hard to turn off.

Location was good but a little awkward to find. Bed was really comfortable. Good refrigerator. Staff was very friendly

The hall ways and room is getting tired, they need some up dateing. A lot of gum on the entrance area to the hotel.

The AC Unit was very loud, my son had trouble sleeping. Pillows and blankets were very thin, tub had some chips and stains, toilet was tricky to flush

one of the beds in my room had a massive dip in the mattress and was unusable for sleeping. Fortunately there were two beds in the room and the other bed was mostly comfortable. the paint was bubbling and pealing in places, but the room was serviceable. there weren't a lot of options during the gem and mineral show.

Breakfast was good, the staff was great, and their recommendations were solid.

Some corridors smelled strange. Had to reprogram door key every day, since they won't work for some reason.

Facilities are nice, although a bit dated at times, good variety at breakfast, location is relatively close to center of Tucson from where you start to explore pretty much anything you'd like in the area. Nice and spacious parking available.

Missed cleaning our room for a day and a half until we brought it to their attention.

Reasonable price/value and reasonably close to university. Nice breakfast in AM although less options if you get there in last hour as it only partially restocks. Staff was cordial, nice. Nice space to our particular room. Nice that there is a frig/ mini kitchenette area in room. Spacious table area for breakfast in AM.

some physical details need attention The toilet wouldn’t flush so I had to reattach the handle to the tank. the flooring in the bathroom is lifting and bubbled due to poor install as the silicon seal between floor and tub is compromised The main thing that I object to is the pigeon shit in the hall outside pool area. pigeons carry diseases namely Histoplasmosis There are guards that can be installed to prevent the birds from roosting on the door closers etc

Breakfast mediocre (watery eggs served with an ice cream scoop, no orange juice, yogurt frozen). The cold water ran warm for quite a while (i.e. hot and cold water pipes too close together);. Unpleasant for drinking, and made it necessary to adjust the shower temperature frequently as time went on. Italian restaurant across the street is good, and has breakfast good coffee, and nice pastries so there is an alternative nearby.

Staff were very helpful, and I appreciate an actual blanket and sheets (instead of the trend to comforters which are always too hot for me). Room is spacious, We had a nice view of the mountains.
