There was garbage from the previous person who stayed in the room. The room smelled of old chicken wings, and trash. Once we put it in the hallway it was much better.

Great value, location was great, love the appearance (seemed new and refreshed.

The ice bucket was dusty, but that’s very minimal. Dishwasher smelled moldy, and there was a dead roach in the tub.

The breakfast was pretty pitiful. They were very slow with refilling the containers of the hot options. Customers were asking for items to be refilled. There were plenty options to choose from just weren’t refilled often enough. The front desk wasn’t busy either with people checking out!

I booked queen beds and there were full beds in my room. Breakfast is not what I expected. Time is too short on weekends.

The only small complaint I have is that the pool was hot. It was like getting into a hot tub. We wanted to cool off in the pool after a long morning, but it was so hot in the pool. And it wasn't very clean either, there was lots of dirt on the bottom and some live/dead bugs in the pool.

I love that the rooms are always so clean. Also that the beds are clean and the floor is swept and REALLY mopped (I check with a white towel before taking off my shoes). I also really love that there is a dishwasher and a small kitchen with dishes, so it's like a home away from home, and we even spent Christmas at this hotel. Also having the dark out shades is amazing, as well as the breakfast. It's so nice to be able to have breakfast with your family, I usually don't get to. Additionally, the fact that you allow pets is so great! I don't ever leave my dog with anybody or board him, so it's so great to be able to bring him, and the staff and guest usually think he's beautiful, he's a corso-pit mix and he LOVES people, and the staff always give him love when they're not busy.

The bathroom toilet was backed up the whole time we were there. They tried to resolve the issue but was unable to. It was no fault of theirs. They were very apologetic because they could not resolve the issue. The plumbers worked on it the whole time we were there.

The room was fully furnished with a kitchenette and all the necessities. Everything was neat and clean. The staff was great! Very friendly and eager to help.

It was loud due to us being on the first floor near housekeeping. The door was not fully sealed and the walls are very thin. The noise woke me up several times Breakfast was very disappointing when we arrived at 8:30 there was no eggs and we repeatedly asked for more food and they told us 10 mins and after 30 mins I left without eating breakfast. They did not seem to care about the people or their own hotel. The pool area was messy. The bbq Pitt was corroded and rusted and the furniture outside was destroyed and the lifesavers were torn up and floating around in the pool. I can say that the pool area was not maintained properly. This hotel needs work on their customer service and staff and most of all the facility.

The only Positive thing about the hotel was the bed was comfortable.

Filthy room, no towels and wouldn't deliver any to room, no remote for tv and then only allowed 1 and had to go to front desk to get it. Had 2 tv's in the suite. Couch was covered in stains. Would never stay there again and hate that I wasted my money staying this time. Really makes me reconsider my Windam reward membership.
