We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We have stayed here many times in Owasso. It is close to our daughter’s house and church and the activities we do while there. Shout out to the staff for helping us add a day to our already booked stay. They were even able to keep us in our same rooms. They were booked full with ball teams but it didn’t interfere with their great service to us.

It was clean, the staff were welcoming. It was well lit outside and felt safe and the pool was well maintained. We were visiting because of a family member being ill but we were able to make it a comfortable, and relaxed trip for my kids.

All of the staff were so nice and helpful. We arrived at 1am and were exhausted. The first thing Deven asked was if we were hungry and could he get us some muffins. He went above and beyond to help us get settled. Breakfast was really good and there were many things to choose from. We’d definitely stay here again.

United StatesLot of traffic for one (slowish) elevator to keep up with, but it wasn't a big issue for us.
The room was very well furnished to accommodate two kids and two adults, Two TVs for sitting/kids area and adult's bed area, so the kids were happy about that. Enjoyed the indoor pool, breakfast was a wide variety of foods, not just breads and cereals. Nice hot foods selection. Staff went out of their way to get pool toys for the kids' use. Very VERY busy weekend and only one elevator, so there was a little bit of wait time but stairs are also available. It's a fairly new, super nice, very clean place!

United StatesIt’s the most minimal.. Stupid … Not even a reason to dislike the room or ANYTHING for that matter.. But, the fact my bathroom had no ventilation so when I showered… It took forever to dry. But, IF THATS MY WORST EXPERIENCE.. I think It’s all good. :) 10/5 stars..
MANY things but, I’ll give u a few examples… 1- We arrived (my hubby & I) at L.Q. In owasso, Oklahoma on Fri 3/14 with NO reservations ( we didn’t think we would need) As we walked in I spotted the young “Kayan” just running all over trying to make everything work for anyone that needed his help. I’m at this time noticing a sign that was posted to the front desk.. Stated: We apologize for the inconvenience but we currently have our WiFi & Cable out and do NOT KNOW when we will have it back. Not thinking about it- I grab my hubby and said- “Let’s just go across to the other hotel because this one has no internet”!! He said - Umm, “ Idk babe” at this time - Kayden who is working the desk alone- And doing his best- With a smile on his face. He asked me if I had a reservation.. But, I explained to him- That no, we did not have one but we were going to another place that might’ve had WiFi. That’s when we were told that this issue was state wide- and they didn’t know when it would be back on. So, I thought- Well we might as well stay since we are here.. But, Kayden said.. “There are no rooms with no reservations. But, i had JUST SAW that Booking.com showed 3 left.. So i hoped on and made it with in seconds I had a reservation & took it to him and said . “Well, looks like u had 3 left :/ (Eeeeekkk) He called the mgr because he has no way to look at computer & able to see if we are getting the right room.. So the Manager “James” rushed in to help but in his way he pulled over in the side of the road during a MAJOR STORM.. Just to make sure my hubby and I got a place to lay our heads.. He was so nice & we were give an extra hour and half later ck out due to being there for a family surgery and needed it.. - They never knocked and wanted to see when we would be gone.. We felt like family.. From beginning to the end of our stay! It was VERY CLEAN.. The laundry smells so good.

The Owasso La Quinta was great. Super clean and actually looked like the pictures. I was hesitant to stay after booking El Paso, Texas La Quinta and quickly checked out because it was disgusting. THIS Owasso Oklahoma location was very clean. I only spoke with the lady at front desk and she was very nice. The price was great as well.
