The Galway’s and elevator were very dirty

They gave me the wrong room, but fixed it, the shower barely worked, tv remote taped and didn’t work! The elevator was dirty and smelled like dog pee, the pool was dirty and freezing! Was supposed to get to eat at oceans 13 because we were going to have a discount and was never opened!

We didn't like the pet friendly. I understand people want to bring their pets, but it does not make a great stay for someone next to a family who has a dog that barks at people walking by. My daughters had a room next to a family who's dog barked at everything. It was my fault for not noticing that it was a pet friendly place to stay. I will more cautious to look at what places are pet friendly.

The property in the outside was clean ! But inside the Pool poorly kept and the room needed updating ! No daily maid service and we had to ask for towels and service ie safe needed to be fixed and we waited an hour !

The elevators wasn’t clean ,the room wasn’t that greatly cleaned either. We had to place a towel to cover the sofa stains and holes. There were too many dogs in the hotel that wasn't services dogs the one across from my room was barking a lot. The breakfast was okay the young lady that prepared it didnt seem to really care. She placed the donuts out with nothing to cover them the first day and fruit flies were on them and when she was told her response was it wasn't true.😳She appeared to just be going through the motions the last day I had to inform the front desk that the sausage where burnt. However the young lady did remove the burnt ones once the front desk told her. The sofa in the room had holes in stains the wifi isn't that great either. The shower chair wasnt explained how to use it.

Common areas were dirty. The pool area is not well maintained. The room could seiner been cleaner. The floor looked like it hadn't been washed in a while. No furniture out on the balcony patios.

Bfast was good just seemed it could have been kept a little hotter! The pool wasn't very deep and dirty later in day. The elevator at one point had oil or something on floor, I did slightly slip stepping into it, thank goodness I did not fall. I was disappointed no plastic resin chairs to sit on to have a drink or whatever on our little balcony facing the city. I wish we could have had a slightly earlier check in time. Our first night a dog across the hallway, was very annoying and kept barking, my daughter called to complain, it was resolved! I guess personnel got in touch with owners and they came back to room.

The room was clean, smelled fresh, beds were comfortable, ice machine convenient location, hotel nice location, and breakfast was good! Parking was good, always found a spot, the look of Building was clean looking. We had a pleasant stay for most part.

Dog barking for 2 straight hours at night. (9-11) Left in the room while owners went out. Front desk was notified by several guess, but could not do anything until the owners come back.

The pool area was a mess. There were food boxes left out over night, used towels were left everywhere. When we requested new towels for the pool area, they never arrived. I cleaned the pool area myself (OCD) and even had to fish some pepperoni out of the pool. Sand was all over the floor of our room and the furniture was very wobbly and cheap. The common bathroom in the lobby was not cleaned our whole stay. The same fake nail and wad of used toilet paper remained on the floor each day. The free breakfast was awful, and the back room that they were "preparing" the food in was definitely not sanitary (a card table set up in what looked like a storage room). In the parking garage, we found human feces, used napkins and men's underware right next to my husband's truck. We moved the truck, then notified staff and supplied them with a photo because they brushed it off as an animal's doing. I informed them that animals do not typically wipe. They told me someone would clean it up. That never happened, though I don't really blame anyone for that. Nobody could pay me enough to clean that up.

The room could have definitely been a little cleaner it was clean but it just looked like it hadn’t had a good deep clean and was a bit dingy. The hallway floors were always pretty dirty and the hallway had a little smell to it

Rooms were not as clean as i thought they would be. Shower curtain had stains all over it almost looked like it wasn’t washed, floors could’ve been swept and mopped, room smelled horrible, almost like a stale chloriney smell and balconies didn’t have chairs to be able to sit on. Breakfast wasn’t the greatest either.

The location was great. Close walk to the beach and close walk/drive for other family activities as well. The price was decent too.
