    The pool was dirty we couldn’t use it. No shampoo, conditioner,body wash, or coffee in room. Breakfast was not ready on time had to leave somewhere else to get breakfast.

    Filthy, lobby and all first floor common area the ac was inop. The mold smell was terrible. The air exchange for the building was nonexistent.

    Their elevators had been broken for a week and we had to walk to the third floor as that was the only rooms available It was hard with all of our stuff and my mother with severe arthritis. Large room and only had two towels we had to ask for extras.

    Our booking was a little messed up but the clerk tried really hard to fix it

    Elevator was out of order, which wasn't a big deal. The front desk receptionist got me a room on the 2nd floor. The stairwell was filthy! Dirty Q-tips, food wrappers, and dirt/mud on the stairs. I was there 4 days and 3 nights and didn't get cleaned once.

    Breakfast was good. The staff member that was taking care of Breakfast was awesome! She was very attentive and kept everything clean and stocked. Beds were really soft and room was specious.

    Front desk manager unhelpful . Elevator unreliable, Lobby bathrooms a mess, carpets old amd smelly.

    The facility is aging out, elevator requires or will soon require service Parking is fair, several larger commercial vehicles using more than one space. With all the growth around it I am sure an update or refresh to the facility is coming. Items to be addressed: Lighting in .estroom, Fire escape/stairwell locks, Elevator both buttons and ride/floor stop transitions.

    Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast staff kept everything supplied and fresh.

    Hotel looked a little rundown. Missing base boards in lobby elevator. Could use some sprucing up. Elevator didn’t work that great and was dirty. There was no do not disturb sign to use.

    The first room I was given had a door that wouldn’t latch, so was basically open for anyone who wanted to push on it. Got moved to another room on the 3rd floor, but got stuck in the elevator because the floor buttons are old and don’t work all the time ( which is known by the staff)

    Not very clean , but serviceable.

    My room was hot when I got in there. Ni wish they had scheduled a room prior to me getting there so the ac could have been on. Also the AC was making a terrible noise throughout the night. I was just too tired to ask for another room. I was not there very much but still those two issues were the downfall of the trip. Otherwise all was hoid.

    Rooms were nice and clean. Easy to get to. And had a lot of businesses and restaurants in the vicinity. Front desk workers were very nice.

    AC was off when we came in. With the high humidity and heat the room smelled to high heaven. They sprayed an overpowering air freshener for us which was appreciated but a lot. Issues with the wiring. One lamp turned on and off on its own several times. (They should check the wiring for the elevator as well.) Breakfast was cold and not very tasty. The fridge that held the milk wasn't cooling.

    The staff was wonderful. Tried to make our stay better. The bed was soft and comfortable. Good pillows.

    The rooms were older and lots of small holes in the walls. Bathroom was aged like the rooms and not all the lights worked

    A Ramen noodle bowl was left in the microwave from previous visitors. And the sofa bed mattress was dirty with stains

    Kaschia (spelling of name might be wrong), she provided us top knotch service. She was very helpful. I hope you realize how hard she works to provide your visitors 100% service. Thank you, Kaschia!

    Everything I was very disappointed for the money I paid. I should get half back. There was mold in the bathroom. It was spiderwebs in the curtains the floor to the bathroom and get flooded when you showered, and the air was not working properly and the pool was dirty. When we arrived. There was no remote for the TV. We had to wait at least an hour or so.
