The customer service wasn't great. Checking in the young woman didn't seem welcoming once she came to the front to assist me. The front members seemed to be away from the front desk a lot. I tried getting more towels on day 2, and no one was there to assist while another person was waiting to check in. Overall, the atmosphere didn't seem very courteous compared to other establishments I've visited.

Seems like the sops in the bathroom had been used previously They were small liquid travel size bottles For body wash , shampoo & conditioner Each seemed only half full Luckily I had brought my own Also wished there was a coffee pot in the room But I stayed on the first floor so it was just a short walk to get coffee in the lobby where they served breakfast

Breakfast was a huge disappointment. They only had a few pastries, toast and cold cereal. The waffle mix tasted sour like it was old.

The breakfast was cold by the time I got there at about 8:20 am the first morning. There were a spoonful of dried up eggs and the sausage patties were greasy and had been there awhile. Nothing was fresh. No bananas. No yogurt. Although the creamer was full the pump was not working. The front automatic door was squeaky and loud. It kept me up all night as my room was on the first floor close to the breakfast area. The didn’t seem to be a respectful quiet time after 10 pm or so.

Room did not have a fresh or even neutral smell. There was a small hole in the bedsheet, and the curtains had been changed in such a way that you could still see where the old curtains had been.

As expected from a lower tier La Quinta property. The essentials are in place, but the property no longer has a fresh and new appearance. Some maintanance work seems only half-ways done, and there was a hole in one of the bed-sheets. Property also announces that they have a staffing problem. Still overall fair value for money.

We didn't like there was charge for a small pet and the room smelled like urine. We can understand that we were placed in a pet-friendly room but there should be maybe better cleaning of these rooms or hopefully people who have pets and do not take care of the rooms as they should are actually charged versus those of us who keep our pets kenneled. The room smelled like urine and very swampy.

The breakfast was quaint and good. We liked the size of the room, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very sizeable, and the water pressure was good.

Lady working check-in was incompetent, rude, and very slow. Check-in took forever and had to do it twice because my card was denied. Not due to the card, but the errors of the lady behind the counter. Breakfast consisted of 1 scoop of cold eggs (that’s all that was left)and cold sausage. No complimentary soap or shampoo in the room either.

breakfast not very good. got there at 7:45, drank a cup of coffee, it was ok. went to eat some breakfast, no orange (machine despenced just water) 1 spoon of eggs COLD the thing wasn’t even plugged in, 1 sausage pattie COLD not even plugged in. only like 4 pieces of bread left. went to the desk to ask for help, replenish no one there. ate cold breakfast but the toast was hot. went to get another cup of coffee, me squirt from pump pot. went back to desk, no one there rang bell no one answered or came.

needs gentle maintenance, roach in tub one morning, cricket in bathroom next morning. NO maid service at all, unless you called & left message about what you needed. Hey, the pandemic is over! Breakfast was a joke! other La Quinta have wonderful breakfasts. this one definitely cutting back on staff!
