Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United StatesAt check-in, Jasmin, I think that was her name but can't be sure because she had her Columbia Outwear jacket on covering most of it up. She sat down the entire time and did not greet me when I came in. I said hi to her and she barely responded. She called my room number out when giving me the keys and she only correctly programmed one. The conversation I had with her was You prepaid right? You're staying two nights? Then she recited the "if you need anything just give me a call I'm here until 11pm" like a robot. At least she has the script down. The customer service was lacking, but when her coworker friend was at the desk she was having the best time. Her legs worked because she was standing. It was yeah girl I missed my morning shift. She was laughing. That lady in the hot pink shirt and white pants got all the razzle dazzle! I didn't like the air conditioner unit because it was so loud and it wouldn't run continuously and I needed it too to drown out a barking dog. My duvet had mascara on it.
The hotel is clean. The rooms are nice and spacious. The breakfast and the attendant, Gabby, were so wonderful!

Breakfast was decent, room was clean and comfortable, clean towels and so was the room heater and ac. The peace and quite, the parking space all were perfect, i would say overall a very nice place to stay
