Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The location of the hotel was great for us. We were traveling through. The comfort of our room was good. Our bed was comfortable, the pillows were too small and thin.

United StatesThe pool bathroom was not clean, there's a bird nest literally where the toilet paper goes. The outdoor furniture is mildewed. The sink in our bathroom leaked when it was turned on.
Breakfast was good. We were there 5 days. It would've been nice to change it up a bit every other day or something.

The hotel was great for our one night stay. Very accommodating and friendly. We like to travel with our dog. We've found that some hotels that are pet friendly have a tendency to not be as clean as others, but that was not the case. Everything was perfect. Good Location and easy to get around to different parts of town. Nice breakfast setup too!

United StatesWe've stayed at this hotel 3 times in the past 3 years and every time we go, there is only 1 person working the desk. The front desk is usually rather busy with checking people in when we arrive, due to the fact that there is an event nearby that we are staying for, and so are a lot of the other guests. So, checking in takes a little longer than a bigger hotel with multiple people at the desk would. It wasn't terrible, but it would have been nice to have a second person available to check in guests.
I love the beds and ceiling fan in the room we stayed in! The space in the room and bathroom are nice as well.
