The floors inside the room were like bumpy and you could tell it was from water damage. The tv didnt work and was stuck on one channel. The area outside the motel lacked cleanliness.

I didn't like the fact that the advertisement was deceptive it did not state on booking.com either from the hotel or from booking most likely probably from the hotel if there was absolutely no TV working and no internet and the remote control that they gave you was from a completely different TV very bad service and miserable stay on that part

I like the fact that it was very spacious inside almost looked like a suite only thing that it didn't have was a stove

I’ve stayed there plenty of times so I Am aware of the area and the kind of people who roam around there but this time for not to even be a televisión available and when I called the lobby and there was no answer so i walk down there just to be told most rooms don’t have functioning tvs… i even asked for just a remote and wasn’t able to even get that. Miss the shower amenities, staff was lackadaisical and uninterested in clientele. Asked for late check out, told noon no longer, and charged for 2nd night after agreeing to an hour later check out. Clerk could provide no receipts for either day and it was a business trip where receipts were needed.

The beds were hard, the tub felt like it was going to fall, it was wobbly and dirty. The TV didn't work too well. The sink was dirty.

There were dog paw prints on the bed sheets and fur on the blanket so it’s safe to assume that nothing was changed or washed. I read on reviews that the tv didn’t work and that was an issue i had. Fortunately enough I’m a little tech savvy so i was able to find the issue and fix myself. The hdmi port was in the wrong port or the port just wasn’t functioning so once i switched it, the tv channels popped up.

They let me check in a few hours early.

The bathtub was not clean and had toilet paper in it. The doors were all scratched. The was not any hot water for the shower it barely got like warm. The refrigerator leaked water on the floor as well. One of the lights by the bed was out too

The room was nothing like the pictures. The bed was in the middle of an otherwise empty room. No chair or desk in the room. No fridge or microwave or anything that is supposedly included. One of the outlets on one of the end tables didn’t have power. It felt like the room was hastily remodeled just before being listed. Listing said there’s WiFi, but there is none.

I arrived and the room was terrible, very durty smell smoke. And the place is not good to stay.

1st room ac was broken, then 2nd room did not get the wifi signal when it clearly states that there is free wifi in every room. Staff didn't know one thing from another, and never followed through with what they said they would do.

Price was ok at best, and there was free breakfast every morning.
