Carpet needs cleaning really bad or replacing. Literally turned bottom of my feet black just walking to the bathroom. Disgusting to say the least. They're ice machine didn't work and their breakfast is horrible. I didn't even have milk and served only apple juice in a ice pitcher that was watered down. Your sausage is really salty.

The TV remotes didn't work. Vouchers for food were never given. Staff was not very friendly, and had to keep getting replacement card because only one was given.

Some staff were friendly and helpful. The attentiveness of housekeeping when they were addressed. The pool and ice machines were attended to quickly as well as the grounds were kept cleaned.

There was no facial tissue in the tissue box. We stayed 3 nights and did house keeping replenished the soaps, coffee nor did they bother taking out the trash.

All around the property all you can smell is the car crap in the planters and near all walk ways the really need to clean that up didn’t smell good with the heat or even in the morning with no heat

key cards to the rooms kept failing and very thin walls. could hear everything especially what sounded like running at all hours of the day from the upstairs room. my key card needed to be updated seemingly every night. they only told me they were sensitive and failed often when being near a phone. my last night had to sleep in my car because the key card failed even when i made an effort to keep it away from my phone and the “24 hour” front desk was closed until the next morning

Door didn’t lock all the way. The water tasted like trash. The building was falling apart. The room wasn’t clean when we got there. There were still little bits of stuff on the floor. AC was EXTREMELY loud.

Trash on the grounds. Took.30.min to check in. Expect.a deposit after paying through an AP. And limited forms of payment. Then double charges my credit card. Keys didn't get programmed correctly, so had to walk all the way back up to get it reprogrammed. Very disappointed.

Nothing, wifi didn't work. The trash in front of my room 139. The first room wasn't clean room 147. The dead bolt lock didn't. work in room 147 nor room 139. Cats around the place

My trip was not good. The rooms weren't clean. I checked in on 5/24/25 @ 6pm, and the first room wasn't clean. The door look was broken. I walked to the first desk at least 4 times. I was given another room about 11pm. The upkeep of this hotel is a (1). The staff and hotel manager really don't care. Booking.com charged me $50 each time for damages, and the staff said that $50 doesn't go to Laquinta. I don't own a pet it's just me. I doubt I will return. I will be in contact with the Better Business Bureau about the charges on Booking.com for damages. The hotel also charges a refundable $50.00. I use the hotel to get to work. I would rather sleep in my vehicle than get ripped off....

A run-down hotel in poor conditions due to the lack of maintenance and renovations. There are visible signs of wear and tear including structural damage throughout the property. Our room had worn down furniture a dirty stained couch and worn down stained carpet. A broken shower head fixed with duck tape and peeling paint on the bath tub and walls. The general appearance and condition of the hotel may be unappealing to many. This property has so much potential wish they would invest in repairs and renovations. However the bed was comfortable and very clean sheets placed neatly. Plenty of towels and hand towels including wash cloths were placed all very clean. The water pressure was very powerful and plenty of hot water available. The next morning we attended breakfast as it was included with our stay generally from 6a-9a basic eggs, sausage, make your own waffles and not so great coffee. Juice machine was out was never refilled. Eggs and sausage ran out quickly hotel staff member was not paying attention due to being on her phone and hotel guests had to remind her constantly to please refill food trays as more guests showed up. We left most of the day and to our surprise no housekeeper and showed up to clean our room that was a big deal breaker for us. Since we had no housekeeper I had to walk to lobby to get clean towels was a bit annoyed about this. We did not go to the pool area but we did see many families enjoying the pool area is on the smaller side but looked cleaned and kept. Ice machine by building C where we stayed was broken we had to walk to the next building over. We luckily did not have neighbors close by which made our stay quiet and pleasant.

Location is near freeway and driving distance from shops and restaurants. Hotel has plenty of parking spaces and check in and check out was easy.

Room cleanings are not daily unless asked for a day in advance ? Never heard of this. Also the door appeared to have been kicked in before so in order to lock it the door had to be wiggled.

The AC wasn't working very well it took two days to go from 80 to 75, not trying to freeze it out but a 75 would have been nice sooner than the day i was leaving and the lock was broken on the door, the TV didn't work, and I personally didn't really like the shower head but that's no big deal.

The room was clean, the staff was very friendly and on top of their game and very friendly.
