Hotel staff, no hot water for showers and the key issue . Called to speak with manager after being told he'll be in at 1. Called twice about the hot water issue clerk put maintenance on the phone to argue and dispute my complaint

Other guest were drunk and made me afraid to be alone. One of the reasons I picked it was it said it had free breakfast but that was a lie. There was a water leak in the room and the toilet ran all the time. The toilet made strange noises. The tub was difficult to turn on. Not many tv channels to watch.

It has a Denny’s on the same property. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable

Like: Room was spacious Dislike: 1. Upon check-in, I was advised that they did not have any rooms with King size bed (which is what I reserved). They said they would put me in a room with 2 queen size beds at no extra cost. I ended up with a room with 2 full size beds. 2. The tv did not function the whole day of check-in. I advised the front desk and was told that nothing could be done til the next day and that it would be notated for the next shift. The next day I went to the office to ascertain if a work order was placed for the tv and to see when they would be able to come by and correct the problem. The front desk representative was not aware of the issue due to the fact that the previous representative failed to inform her of the problem. Prior to leaving for work, maintenance arrived and had to connect a whole new cable in order for the tv to work. The tv was functioning before I left for work but continued to cut off and change channels on its own. Upon arriving back to the room early in the morning the next day, the tv was not working again. So for a 3 day stay the tv worked, somewhat for a couple of hours. 3. Upon checking my bank records to compare the charges, i noticed that there were 3 separate charges for the amount of the entire stay. The total of all 3 charges was consistent with the actual cost of the 3 day stay, but they did separate charges. 4. There was construction and remodeling being done on the property therefore there were large dumpsters taking up a good amount of parking spaces thereby leaving very few parking spaces to park. 5. The motel now being of the chain of Roadway motels, many things were still displaying the LA Quinta chain name therefore making it somewhat confusing as to where guests were staying, Roadway Inn or LA Quinta.

I booked via booking.com a long time ago, but for my surprise, during the check-in, they couldn't find my confirmation, which I showed un the app. So, they charged me almost 2x than the confirmation. Unfortunately, I was with a kid and so tired to fight. Be careful if you're booking from the 3rd party sites because they are probably not good at honoring the deals. Also, the sink was leaking. So disappointed with Rodeway Inn and Booking.com

The room was advertised with breakfast included and upon arrival I found posted in the reception area that breakfast was discontinued. Then we got to our room. We found roaches crawling about and the bathroom floor and tub had several hairs making it apparent that the room had not been thoroughly cleaned, swept or mopped.

The location was not too far from the university.

Staff did not clean the room, nor brought clean towels, nor come to dispose of trash. The room had a wet moldy smell. Cat hair was in a chair. The walls had holes in it, need wall plugs, and more lighting. Lamp on left side of bed first was dim then just went on out. 👀

Seems to be a lot of traffic from non-guest at the hotel property across the street and lots of questionable activity on the main property. Beds aren’t very comfortable.

The bathroom wasn't cleaned, there were hair everywhere, the beds also had a lot of body hair, clearly noticed they didn't change the sheets :(, we didn't have toilet paper and we booked for 4 people and we only had two towels, we requested two additional ones and we had to go to the reception to pick them up, the pool was really dirty, and there were garbage out of the garbage containers and smelled bad.

Couldn’t swim because the pool was disgusting. The room was filthy, it looked as though it hadn’t been swept, there was trash from the previous guest, the min fridge didn’t work well.

The building needs cleaned and grass not mowed...no one cleans up after their pets ..was given an uncleaned room...had to find one that was clean...staff not helpful most of the time...room was not really clean..bed was clean... breakfast was fair... during breakfast no one cleans or picks up garbage... overall stay was decent.. this establishment is an old one and needs some remodeling

The pool wasn't clean 😕 and the toilet was back up did not flush properly. Safty riling was broke and rigid. And their was trash everywhere 😕no ice machine. And soda machine did not work.

Pool was really dirty and asked if they can clean it and they stated that they couldn’t. Bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly especially in the bottom of the toilets.
