That the changed the breakfast. It used to be very good and this time hardly nothing to choose from and then on certain days NO coffee. Not good.

Everything felt really dirty. From the bellhop cart to the carpets and furniture, it all was grimey and smelled like a mix of dust and wet towels. I had to go buy Lysol wipes and disinfecting air freshener to feel somewhat okay, and it was not provided by the hotel. Our sink was clogged so that felt really gross too because the buildup would just sit there and it was unpleasant. Also, they put up the coffee Cart, which was exciting to have at first but I guess only available in the morning ?

Staff was really nice. Breakfast was simple but staff was quick to refill and attentive.

The fridge didn't work in my first room. The shower didn't work well, no water pressure, hot tub was not hot. Pool area was dirty. Had a room at the end of the hall and was woken up by the slamming of the door. Asked to switch rooms and front desk lady seemed annoyed and said she would see what she could do and said she would call me and never called back. Many hours later I spoke with her again and then she grunted something and gave me another room... right next to the elevator which was also loud. Fridge didn't work well and no water pressure.

The rooms were large and ac worked well.

breakfast was a little small did not have all i want. 50.00 deposit was not return back to me after 7-10 days like your company said. so I will not be booking again until ya fix the problem.My shower did not work correct.

The facility needs updating, the carpets are soiled and in the halls they are worn out wrinkled and a tripping hazard.

Desk help was very professional and handled her customers well, while I waited my turn.

The local area around the hotel seemed a bit deserted except for a couple of homeless (so it appeared) people hanging around outside. They did not bother me though. I ate breakfast at ~8am on a weekday morning, and it seemed they had run out of many breakfast items. The biscuits were good though. The juice in a pitcher (looked like lemonade) was OK.

The room was great! It had everything I needed--nice desk to work at and a lounging chair to watch TV. There was a place to hang clothes, ironing board and iron, strong internet connection--good set-up for business traveler. Only extra thing I might have liked to have would be two bars of soap--one for the shower and one for the sink. Thank you for the special parking space for veterans near the entrance! I used it every day as I am retired military. The gentleman who checked me in was very helpful and friendly.

- The carpets in the hallway were up. It was therefore very difficult to drive the suitcase.

+ It was good to have a parking service + Accommodation in Austin is very expensive but this hotel was affordable + For a hotel in the US, the breakfast options were very plentiful and sufficient. There were options from boiled eggs to yogurt + Our shampoo was insufficient in the room, they immediately supported us and gave us shampoo. + 2 elevators are also an advantage

The lady who checked us in was really sweet, but you can tell she was a little stressed because she had about three rooms standing to the side because their keys didn’t work once I got upstairs my key didn’t work so she had to let me in my room, I did not receive a key till the next day when I went to ask for it. For a Friday night there should have been two people working

The water for the shower was not hot at all. And when my fiancé and I entered the room for the first time it smelled like weed or cigarettes. It was very disgusting

the bedroom curtains are extremely dirty you can see it from the windows outside. the first elevator closest to the check in counter was shaking on the way down. inspection date said feb of 24’ which is a little concerning. they’re also very small. street noise is quite loud. but it is off a highway so not much you can do. also window view is of highway bridges and roads. and a funeral home. not very lovely at all. overall i’d say 6/10. the location isn’t the best and it definitely needs some updating and a good deep clean, this seems to be the unfortunate norm now for hotels.

bed was comfy and clean. check in and check out staff were nice. smooth check in as well as long as you have ID. breakfast was decent as well. TV had decent channels as well.

elevators not working breakfast service on weekends needs someone else to attend it, just one person to everything is not enough, coffee was not available all the time due the thermos were getting empty pretty soon.

I was treated at the front desk by the manager, James like I was nobody, and he didn’t care whether you had a good time or not and then you accuse me of not paying my bill which came off my credit card. I felt like I was a deadbeat when I should’ve treated like royalty Very disappointing. Stay.

The shower curtains why do hotels not use a waterproof shower curtain, water always ends up all over the floor. The fact that it inly had one entrance/exit, and the parking lot there wasn't enough parking in my opinion.
