Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesThe person at the registration desk was on the phone with a potential guest. I could tell she was frustrated with the call and when she ended the call she couldn't shake it off. The service in SLC was better in this instance. Also, the front desk was always staffed where it wasn't in Boise.
Ease of check in and check out. We stayed at another La Quinta by Wyndham in the Salt Lake area the previous 3 nights. The Boise room met and exceeded the SLC one in layout for the exact same room. The lobby was clean! The double head shower was amazing!!!

United StatesBad pillows, short and steep, need to offer options! Smoke detector light too bright, kept me awake at night. Many breakfast options except for edible fruit; bananas all green, inedible, and apples were mealy, also inedible, bagels resembled round sandwich bread, this isn’t how bagels are supposed to be. Oh, and the room alarm woke us blaring at 6am, not nice. Maid or host should turn off these alarms.
Quiet and calm, very orderly, not overly crowded, business area very quiet at night, .lots of breakfast options, great hot tub, and yes I did use it.
