Everything was comfortable for the stay

This is a good value for the money. Hotel swimming pool needs upgrades. The swimming pool water was green leading me to believe that the cleaning was discoloring the water. This is a good deal in a great location surrounded by restaurants and food stores. Where else can you get these bargain hotel rates and receive a good hotel room at a prestine location. Great for the price. It is not the Waldorf Astoria but if your looking for the base necessities of sleeping in a great location. This is it. If your wife or girlfriend want to be around the yuppies then pay that extra price for those amenities. Great for the bargain hunter.

Need to have mattress protectors on all beds and new bedding in general the bed under the sheets was very nasty with blood and other stains we slept on top of the fitted and flat sheet. Our bed only had a fitted sheet with some yellow spots on it and a flat sheet with the decorative top no blanket we had to go and buy our own comforter. The towels should all be replaced if you are gonna have white towels in a hotel make sure they are actually white and not a dingy off white yellow.

Nice staff they have a lot on their hands with crazy people running around causing problems so understand why they don’t have time for the other important stuff.

No towels in the room and no landline to call front desk. I looked up the phone# to call for towels. Front desk said they would bring them in 10 minutes. Two hours later we drove to the office to ask for towels, room was a long distance from the office across the parking lot. Room had worn carpet at the entrance. Outside the room in the morning was what appeared to be drug paraphernalia. NO ice machine, we asked and were told they did not have one. The breakfast room had beams on the ceiling that looked like they had been riddled with termites. Wary to sit under them.

Room was a decent size but a small TV was on the other side of the room from the bed. There was an in room coffee maker but no coffee. There was a couch and a chair in the room but both had stains and the fabric just looked dirty.

The room was a wreck... Things did not work like the smoke detector, a lamp by the TV. There is trash in the toilet and a stain on the fitted sheet could have been blood... No trash can present and the drawers and doors did not close correctly. For paying a little higher in the area, I expected better quality. I would not focus on the outside so much as the inside needing fixed up. Also, there is uneven surfaces that are not marked and the stairways do not have the same rise and run making it difficult to safely go up or down the stairs as expected.

Had two rooms, reservations was two queen beds only full in whole hotel, had a smoke oder,food left in fridge, conform pool availability arrived to a empty pool. No wifi , broken table. No rails in tub, very small TV

I didn’t like the price of it….it would have been great if everything was up to par with the room.. Tv didn’t work. Fridge was not cold at all. The sheets u could tell had not been changed. The smell in the room was horrific. I felt the room was not cleaned at all….i felt dirty. Staff was alright. But. You guys really have to work on the rooms and updating them

Beds to hard. Needs better selection for breakfast (not everyone likes either just cereal or waffles), tub leaking when taking a bath. Requested more towels on Saturday morning but never got them, pillows to flimsy. The extra charge for a pet is ridiculous. wifi connection doesn't work. No coffee pot in room.

The staff was wonderful especially the girl who was there at check in. We arrived around 230ish. The guy who collects the trash was great and the regional maintenance man was awesome

The shower had a lot of hair in the tub. And the sheets on the bed had some kind of stains on them. And the pillows looked like they had been recycled from old used sheets.
