One of the house keepers was really disrespectful because I won't open my door when it clearly said don't disturb and my room door can be open from the outside with a knife that room clearly has been broken into

Room snelled like a dog. I asked for a king room and instead got a double room where one pf the beds had been removed so there was just a big open space. Dog barking and people arguing in the middle of the night.

After getting up to my room I need to use the bathroom and low and behold the toilet was clogged with someone else’s bodily fluids in it. The place has roaches! Had to get my key card fixed EVERY night I was there when coming back from spending time with my family.

The location to where I needed to be was PERFECT! Staff was very friendly.

The room was horrible, but I was too tired to change. It has the most horrible smell in there, thr first night I slept okay. Next night the smell give me an awful headaches I sat outside for a while went back in. I left at 3 or 4 in the morning , I slept the rest in my car.

The crowd that stayed there were kind of sketchy. It seemed as though a lot of them live there. There were also a roach problem. Not a huge amount but enough to make our stay super uncomfortable. They did attempt to move our room down 2 floors but it was still a problem. One of the owners said they are working on it but just be aware. I did spray the beds down with Lysol spray. We arrived after 1am after driving for over 10 hours so we just wanted to lay down.

I had a training at the convention near the airport. This location was perfect. I was less than 10 min away from the airport. There were a lot of restaurants and grocery stores close by. I was able to get around the city of Atlanta fairly quickly...all about 20-30 min on a weekend. We ended up in an accessible room. The bed was comfortable. There was decent cable channels. The price point was good but you get what you pay for.

Floors inadequately vacuumed. Tissue with obvious something on it left to be used. Not enough towels, etc left in the room, nor enough available at the front desk.

It was evidence of mice. The floors near each side of bed still had trash that had not been picked up or vacuumed up. Only two towels, one wash rag, and one hand towel, although I had reseeved the room for two people.Even at the front desk, I was only given one face towel, one towel, and a floor towel. The tissue on the hook looked as if had feces or something else on it so I opened a fresh one.

The first roll I entered was 321. And that room smell like weed and cigarettes. The bedroom sheets had some sort of red either food or lipstick stain on it. What's my dad? Another room on the fourth floor room for 20. And this room seemed to be clean. But when I looked at the sheets they were still dirty. I could tell that in both rooms. The bed cheats hadn't been washed or cleaned. The floor did not look vacuumed. The room altogether was not clean.
