Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe bed was too soft and I like firm beds. I didnt sleep much. And didnt get to enjoy the pool be because alot of kids were in the hotel. They should change the hours for pool times so adults without kids can enjoy. Marriott in Tulsa has 10p- 6am for adults only just fyi. Breakfast choices were great. Overall nicely remodeled hotel for sure. Hope they keep it up

United StatesWe had to leave a day early due to an issue back in Texas. The girl at the check out could not do the change and was supposed to give it to the person who did. A message was also sent to the manager through booking and to date no reply and no refund. Not happy with the lack of communications. We will not be choosing this hotel on return visits.
