United StatesWe had a room for Saturday night. Decided it was too far from the front desk and breakfast areas. We contacted the front desk employee she actually fixed us up to get into a better room but it needed cleaned. We had plans for the day and could we swap our belongings after dinner time. She was OK with that. We came back, the different employee said that can't happen, that the different room was already booked. He was very frustrating to work with. We finally, after his arguing back and forth with i believe the manager, we got moved. The beds were way too high and kept sliding off the cheap bedframe. I got bruises on both of my legs from hitting the frame everything. I had to go to the front desk just to get a hairdryer.
The new construction looks good, but the rooms are not getting cleaned enough. Lots of leftover dirt from the remodeling.

United StatesFirst room assigned to us had a weird (bad) odor. We asked to change. Staff was very nice and assigned the room across the hall. Second room was much better, but around the faucet was black residue, the carpet had stains and the corners in the bathroom were dirty. The good news, there was a dumpster outside which lead us to believe they are renovating.
Staff was great. Beds were comfy and towels nice.
