United StatesThe elevator was out of order. There was construction taking place and no previous notice was given. At check in, we were told breakfast was from 6 am to 11 am and it was actually 6 am to 9 am. The attendant did keep it open a little longer but was putting food away and cleaning up when guests arrived for breakfast. There were many people loitering around the entrance and the lobby, which caused concern for personal safety.
Our room was clean and the location was good.

United StatesNobody at the desk welcomes you, the pool was being unsupervised by child outta control. The hot tub keeps going in and out. Stayed here many times in pass. This stay wasn't like the others. Breakfast was very tasteless. Compared to other times. No waffle maker anymore. Same thing daily. Pretty bummed about this stay.
Glad they did get better shampoo and wash bars for stay.

Italy1) Breakfast was very poor: only one / two type of cereals, Only one type of Yogurt and Milk. Warm food: only eggs like omelette and sausages. No gluten free options. Coffee only from Thermos (no machine or no options to have a capuccino). Breakfast man wasn't that nice and smile: I asked him to get hot water (water in the thermos wasnt that hot after hours!) and I told me I was me that I push in some how that was wrong (ahahahah no way,,,and at the end water was just a bit warm!) - Coffe/water table wasnt always cleaned with coffee spot. 2) Gym room with carpet on the floor: very not hygienic at all since people often sweat there and carpet is gonna get soaked and impossible to really clean! And...no mat available, so I made exercise on the floor on the carpet - NOT HYGIENIC AT ALL!!!
Finally Room without wall-to-wall carpet: wood is much more hygienic and clenable! Little Gym room open 24hours

CanadaRoom had a wet dog smell, I understand it’s a pet friendly hotel, but maybe designated rooms, or better cleaning for the smell. I dealt with it, got used to it eventually. Different egg options for breakfast would be nice, had the same type of eggs 3 days in a row.
