Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesStrangely, this La Quinta shares a parking lot with another La Quinta so it's somewhat difficult to tell which one we were booked for.
Pretty far off I-20, but quite a few nice places to eat nearby. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. The room was clean and bed was comfortable.

United StatesCheckin has gotten better. Cleaning staff on the first floor is very loud. They did lots of slamming sounds. The first floor bathroom does need renovating. The shower was in rough shape.
We usually stay here when we are passing through. Rooms are pretty clean! The beds were very comfortable. And it's a very peaceful stay. It is also pet friendly. It has a nice little area for the dogs out front. And the hotel is in a convenient location.

United StatesThe girl who checked us in had no idea what she was doing. She put us on the 4th floor with a dog, so we were having to go up and down the elevator with him to take him to go potty. We did our whole pre check in online, and she had no idea how to check us in. It took about a half hour to do so, and she had us sign a blank piece of paper, which was odd. Then she told us that we needed to wake up early and come down at 6am to finish check-in after she told us we were checked in. It was so odd. We would have mentioned it to front desk, but the the lady from housekeeping was there chatting with the front desk lady and seemed busy. Other than bad staff, the hotel is nice and clean and comfortable.

United StatesCheck-in was quick and easy. Staff was very friendly. The room was very spacious. Room was clean except for hard to get areas such as behind beds. We found hair products in our room from a previous guest. The beds were comfortable, but only 2 pillows per bed. I typically use more than 1 pillow, so it would've been nice to have at least 3 pillows. It was quiet and no outside disturbances such as traffic, etc. The breakfast was good, typical American breakfast. The only bad thing I really noticed was the hotel grounds. There was a lot of trash and cigarette butts on the grounds.

United StatesThe facilities are VERY old. There was rust and limescale in the shower head. The walls had stains on them and the whole room smelled like wet carpet. The elevator didn’t work and as per the front desk hasn’t worked in a while. Pool doesn’t really work. Breakfast was fine except that employees were having breakfast with the guests in the morning, found that a little unprofessional.
