Personally don't like the small, square pillows used on the beds; I prefer a standard sized (rectangular) pillow. The free breakfast offered was somewhat limited compared to others I've had at this same hotel chain. Hotel parking lot is a bit tight for anyone towing a trailer or RV.

Hotel is conveniently located near the freeway, with three different restaurants and a gas station within walking distance, literally across the street. Facilities were clean and well maintained. There is a nice looking outdoor (enclosed) pool, although I did not actually use it.

The cleaning products they used on the floor gave me and my husband a headache and stuffy nose. I’m very attuned to scents.

The jets are all missing from the pool jacuzzi. It’s been a year since our last stay the this has not been addressed.

We always have a comfortable stay at La Quinta. The staff are friendly and accommodating.

Second floor was under reconstruction, the smell permeated the floor. The room key kept failing, and we had to keep going down to the lobby to get it recharged.

I commented on the dusty lamp fixtures at checkout. Highway close by is noisy, but I just run the noise maker app on my phone, it helps.

Table tops and bathrooms were clean. Lamp fixtures were covered in dust. Bed Comfort was good. Linens were clean. Breakfast included was very good.

On the morning of the checkout, I was sent an email asking me to provide a checkout time. I chose 11 a.m. However, our room keys were deactivated hours before, and twice someone asked me when we were checking out, even knocking on the room door.

The Night Manager, Ashley, provided over the top customer service, the room had everything we needed, and the breakfast was great!

Fourth floor with dog was a bit inconvenient for potty trips. Would have liked a channel guide. Coffee maker was not clean, had to run many pots of water before it cleared up. The lobby has an odd smell that reminded me of my mother's nursing home smell.

Shower pressure was.good. Plenty of pillows. Beds were comfortable. Housekeeping and desk clerks were very nice and helpful.

The nightstand outlets didn't work, there was no hand soap, and the wi-fi agreement was unnecessary and extreme.

The room was well-kept, and there were plenty of towels. The air conditioning was set before I got tyere, which is appreciated.

Extra bed we had was not comfortable for our adult grandson. Water from Hot Water pot tasted like coffee and spoiled my tea.

Breakfast was good. King bed was comfortable. Had separate reservations from other family members, and when you found out you put us in a room on the same floor as our other family members.

Carpet in room looked old & hallway carpet needs cleaning. The drawers in the console the TV was on slid out, they wouldn't stay closed, so had to be careful not to get snagged. The little shampoo bottle barely had any in it, and the conditioner bottle was empty. The commode was freakishly low to the ground.

No shampoo or conditioner? Or soap? Those are are the standards that guests expect, it was lucky I had brought some with me. Having the coffee pot next to the sink is not very convenient - and could be a safety issue if one is not careful. Place them next to the frig or microwave. The hot tub sign stated that if " the water temperature is above 104, let the staff know". There was nothing to tell us what the temperature was.

The location was perfect, easy on and back on our route. Choice of 3 restaurants. Complimentary breakfast was good. Comfy beds, no bed bugs! ( Yes, I check the beds wherever I go). The pool was nice, thank you for having towels there.

We purposely booked the room for hottub usage after our race. Spent 4 days there and it never worked. Breakfast also had very few options and the juice machine did not work either.

Good location for the weekend festivities. Right next to Walmart and multiple restaurants. Large clean rooms with fridge and microwave.
