The bed was extremely hard. Felt like we sleeping on the floor. Went down around 9 am for coffee and there was none. Couldn't make it in the room as there were only coffee packets no sugar or cream. For a Laquinta, the room was small.

Good location between Rhodes Funeral Home and St Boniface Catholic Church in Hobson. The property was clean and staff friendly and helpful.

The hotel is havily occupied by oil&gas labour and therefore worn out. It is not clean. There are workers from the oil rigs coming in n out at 4 AM. The breakfast is just disgusting.

It was just acceptable. That's all. If you are on the road and need a place for an overnight stay.

Front staff, room was not clean upon arrival. Trash was in fridge, no toilet tissue. I reserved two rooms yet two rooms were not given to me. When I reported it, it was not refunded. Check in and check out were bad experiences.

The staff was mediocre, unprofessional and their appearance was shocking. Upon arrival the young lady at the desk had a difficult time locating our reservation and we tried giving her the confirmation number, but she told us that she didn't need it, omg! the lobby and elevators were dirty with gravel, Ko leechee and dirt like mud. the luggage carts were disgusting, and we did not use them when we checked out but chose to make three trips from the second floor to our vehicle with our luggage. the front desk staff are hard to get a hold of. They don't answer the phone when we called. The toilet seat was broken so we had to use extra care when using it. The bathtub had no drain plug to fill up the tub (not everyone likes to shower) so the second day we had to ask for one and a do not disturb sign. The breakfast area was dirty and, we had to ask the young man on desk dirty if he would make more coffee as there was none. The food was awful and only continental. We were not aware that the area caters to the oil workers and that the surrounding areas are oil towns which could be the reason that the place was dirty, and the food was almost gone when we arrived for breakfast at 8:30, It is still not a reason for being unprepared with enough supplies to serve the other guests! The dining area was not cleaned up, plates and food were still on tables and the tables needed to be wiped down. The room was pretty good as far as cleanliness and comfort except for the aforementioned things. Where was all the staff??? We realize that people do not want to work but be more aware of the type of people you are hiring. It may be that we expect people to take pride in their jobs and their appearance when dealing with the public. Would we recommend this place. hmmm, for the value, probably because the cost per night was very reasonable. If the other issues matter to you then, NO, we will not recommend this place. Our first time staying at a La Quinta, probably the last.

There were several roaches and another bug we killed during our stay. The pool was listed as an amenity and part of why we brought our family here but this is still listed as available for this property.

The swimming pool was not super clean and dried cooked food left in the grill was not cleaned up behind people, trash was around the cook out area and around the pool area. You could tell these areas are not inspected or cleaned up behind other visitors.

This La Quinta is sub par. The quality of this facility definitely does meet the standards of the La Quinta I've stayed at. This to me felt more like a Econo Lodge. My room and the hall ways smelled like mildew. The elevator chrome walls were filthy. We were gone from the room from 8:30am-9:00am until 4:30 or 5pm in the evening the room wasn't refreshed. Then I called the front and they finally anwered he stated we would need to come down to the lobby and hang out while the refreshed the room. At that point we were hot and tired so I asked could the just bring some trash bags he said yes never showed up with the trash bags. I sent my grandson down the front desk male gave him a large black lawn bag. The shower curtain was dirty. When called down to the front desk the stuff was never there. Needless to say I was very disappointed with my experience and I never stay there again

Everything was amazing!

we loved the clean rooms, and the great way the A/C system worked during the hot day. Also the a breakfast was amazing definitely will be returning.
