Hotel is old, only 1 lift to 2 floors which didn't always work very well.

We left the air conditioner on as it was a hot night. The unit needs repair. It cycles through some very strange sounds that kept waking me up. At breakfast I noticed that people had to ask for fruit and yogurt. One or two would be brought out at a time. Seemed unusually tight. Never seen that anywhere else. My husband and I thought the omelettes were powdered eggs and velveta type cheese. Eh.

No road noise, efficient staff, clean. Bed had some dips but was okay.

Some of the common areas need to be refreshed, updated.

Room was clean, spacious. Non-Smoking property which can be hard to find in Nevada. And is not a casino. Not on the main street for thru traffic. Staff is friendly. Next door to large grocery store, Beans n Brew if you want a latte in the AM and to the Tesla charging station if that matters to you. Small but functional gym with a station where you can do 8 - 10 weight resistance exercises. Breakfast had options, waffle maker. A good stopover on the way to Yosemite.

Over the years I’ve aged and now have hip arthritis. I’m not able to get up on high beds. I asked for a handicap room. I got it but the bed is so high I couldn’t get up on it without excruciating pain. Also, when I showered, the floor mat was no help at all as the shower floor is way slippery. There is no none slip flooring. I slipped twice but was able to catch myself before going down. I understand you must have thought of people in wheelchairs but those of us that don’t need it can easily fall

I had stayed there before in the other building. It was newer remodeled. We stayed in the main building this time could use some remodeling. Beds clean and comfortable, wallpaper peeling off the walls carpet could be cleaned. Wore my shoes the whole time in our room.

The location was good. The staff was very friendly. It had a decent breakfast for your normal hotel breakfast.

Disappointed in the quality of the shower and face cloths. Discovered they all were coarse and uncomfortable to use on my face and body? Had difficulty with maintaining a comfortable temperature in the room, the thermostat was not consistent in maintaining a constant comfortable temperature, either in the day or more importantly throughout the night.

The housekeeping staff did a marvelous job keeping my room picked up and clean. In two personal encounters, my housekeeper was pleasant, concerned for my comfort and sincerely interested in my satisfaction for her room service. A very good representative for the hotel. The breakfast was satisfactory and the service staff pleasant.

The rooms really need to be cleaned. You could tell where the vacuum cleaner went close to the wall and the baseboards and against the wall and in the bathrooms are really disgustingly dirty.

The location was good, the breakfast was not good at all. The eggs were very runny and you could tell they were artificial. The sausage was in the heater, but it was still cold. There was no yogurt, but the coffee was good.

The air was a bit loud in the room and would wake me up at night. I wanted to use the hot tub, but there were quite a few adults with their babies in it.

Our first room had not been cleaned. We were promptly given another )better) room.

Desk clerk was amazing. Working alone with six at desk and taking calls too (all greeted, told 6 in line and out on hold. Facility was very nice, comfortable and quiet.

This property had an indoor pool. Access to the oil was via your room key. My key worked the first time that we accessed the pool. The second time that we used the pool, it didn't work. I asked the front desk for assistance. The woman pointed to my phone in my pocket and said "did your have the key in your pocket worth your phone?" I advised her that I had kept the key in the opposite pocket. She reprogrammed the key and handed it back to me. I then attempted to open the door again, but the key would still not work. I went back to the front desk and told the woman that the key still did not work. She then grabbed the key from my hand and literally stomped off to the pool door. She attempted to unlock the door, but again, it did not work. She was, however, able to open it with her master key. She them said that she would have to contact maintenance. My husband attempted to join us about 20 minutes later, but of course, his key would not work. I heard him knock, and I opened the door for him As we were leaving the pool later, a couple attempted to open the door, but their key would not work either, so we let them in as well. A simple note on the door, directing guests to the front desk might have been a good idea. Other than this woman, the rest of the staff were very accommodating.

Location bit out of Moab. Dark Rooms which look gloomy and dingy although they are clean and large. One tube of lotion and body wash for 3 people for the entire day - is bad cost cutting.

Large decent rooms and value for money. Decent Breakfast.
