How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Beds were nice . Breakfast was great and I had two dogs and a cat and they didn’t even care.
This was a nicer hotel than Motel 6 for sure. I would definitely stay there again.

Even though no one can see in the room it was hard to fall asleep to much light from outside and movement since our room was by the stairs. The room doesn't get dark we can see everything outside.We could not sit down to have breakfast there was no room!
The location of the hotel was great easy to get on and off the freeway! It was nice and clean and a good value!

We didn't like the traffic coming in and out all night and they weren't hotel guests they were driving through the lot. We also didn't like that our room had a shade instead of a curtain so the parking lot lights were bright and it was hard to sleep
Close to our destination and restaurants within walking distance. The price was decent

room #111 The floor in the bathroom was not level and pooled water from the shower area without draining properly The floor of the shower was not level and pooled water that never drained fully Both show that when the flooring was installed it was uneven so the tiles remained uneven and did not drain toward the shower/room drains.

The rooms are exterior or outside rooms like Motel 6. The pictures do not display this, or I missed it. There was a live roach in the shower , which, for me, isn't a huge issue, but it needs to be mentioned. The door to our room was left ajar also. We didn't use our key to get in. This I did not like at all because the third building is hidden by the Dennys in front, and someone could have been in the room waiting for us. The breakfast area is very small for the capacity needed. The egg patties were cold. The breakfast attendant handled the bagels with her bare hands after using a wet rag to wipe a table....HUGE FOOD HANDLING ERROR! The trash cans were overflowing. One waffle iron had the remains of a burning, stuck on waffle, which wasn't addressed while we were there. She was clearly overwhelmed by the volume of people, but she was keeping up and she was still friendly, but it meant tables weren't cleaned, trash wasn't taken out, food was cold, and that proper food handling was being neglected. It was good breakfast with hot options and things like cereal, oatmeal, and lots of different breads and pastries.
The room was pretty nice, and the beds were comfortable. The location when it comes to proximity to the interstate, food, and stores is amazing. There are things within walking distance all around this spot.

Part that I didn’t care for was the hot tub is not working the swimming pool a little cloudy for my taste and it was also a little pricey for the current state condition of the room with the Jacuzzi in it.
Really is a nice property staff that was on duty was a lady named Christy and she was phenomenal. She was very accommodating apologetic that she was doing her job and checking on customers while she waiting for a new check. I literally waited on a minute and a half on her. She’s just super sweet. I would definitely go back to this place.

Toilet paper could be better.

Start breakfast early on Sunday as well. We left at 6am. Breakfast didn't start until 7
We didn't have a pet, so we don't know. It must b good for dogs to, there was dog treats. We like the bed and shower or just everything. It was all good
