Barely any water pressure in shower then stopped working fully tub spout came off the wall by barely touching it. Tub and sink wouldn’t drain very slow drain. They were remodeling front office and said they just finished rooms. Other guest was very loud played loud music and started very loud muscle cars. Beds were uncomfortable and pillows all flat.

Lots of beer drinking and loud rap music. Older facilities in need of a makeover. Peeling paint in the room. Every window unit leaving a trail of water.

The room stank like dampness and smoke. It was supposed to be a non smoking room. Our daughter was up all night with her allergies, even after taking her medication. The room was not clean, especially the bathroom. Outside there was trash, especially beer bottles, and bottle tops literally all over the sidewalk, any grassy area and parking lot.

There was breakfast and coffee, that is literally what we liked.

Staff was very short not very friendly barely said a word. Pool was closed, that as one of the main reasons I picked this hotel. It was more like a motel than an hotel, our door wouldn’t lock properly. Bed was clean but bathroom was gross I even took pictures because I have never been to a hotel that gross before. My kids got to smell marijuana for the first time, as we walked to our room. Don’t think I will be staying at a Baymont again.

I don't normally leave bad reviews unless the situation was truly unpleasant. I've stayed in total, 4 times. The first 2 times were when they first opened and it was clean and great for the price. The last 2 times I stayed, the bathtub and toilet were atrociously filthy. I literally went to the dollar store and got comet and a scrubby to clean it myself before I could even shower. There was a dirty qtip lodged in the bathtub drain with hair and gunk...so bad that the drain wouldn't screw down correctly. I was hoping the 3rd time was an isolated event and I decided to try them again, for the price and the pool. This time, the first room we were given, the sink was clogged half full of standing brown water. The staff did give us a different room, thankfully, but it was no cleaner than the first. Both rooms we walked into had dirty bathtubs and toilets. For some reason they have removed the mini fridges from the rooms, which sucked because we couldn't keep our food we brought cold. It was a 2 night stay. So if you plan on staying more than a night, bring your own cooler. The outside areas are pretty dirty and trashy. They advertised that the pool was open, but when we got there it wasn't. If you're in a pinch with budget, it's not the WORST place to stay...but it has gone downhill BADLY. Sadly, we will not be returning.

The beds are always comfy and the free breakfast is always nice. Staff is very helpful and kind.

The only issue I had was all the people hanging outside our door. They were drinking, smoking and playing loud music until about 4am. If it had not been for that it would have been a wonderful stay.

The room was clean and roomy. The bed was comfy. The Allsups and Dennys were just a few steps away. The gentlman at the counter was very nice and hepful.

The outside had trash every where and the trash cans were overflowing with trash. The pool was needing to be drained and a GOOD cleaning. It stunk.

Close to where I was going. The staff was pleasant. Breakfast was good.

Was surrounded by drug use, room smelled heavily of marijuana, was not as advertised. On the flip side, the clerk staff was extremely understanding and polite.

I went to get coffee in the lobby this morning, and he left some coke Head just geeking at the coffee bar, sniffing and tweaking and acting like a crackhead.

The staff is helpful. My first room sucked. My second room was way better, but they did accommodate me and fix it.

The room was like I imagine that there were roaches and the fridge was not working and the door we were locked in. It was hard to get out, but we did. I forgot the hotel key, but I used the door knob and the door open without the key I did Complain to management that was it. I won’t be staying over here at this location.

Stained sheets, bad pillows, floor needs swept/mopped, fridge needs defrosting, lamp shades were dirty and stained, room card key system had to go back to get reset 3 times bc wouldn't work then they switched me to another room, gave me 2 card keys one worked one didn't

This hotel used to be a La.Quinta. I am not sure how long Baymont has owned it, but the pictures on the site are nothing like what it looks like. Maybe what they want it to look like. No updating has been done. When we arrived in the room you could tell the floors had not been mopped. The linens smelled cleam but were dingy. The hotel is right off of the interstate and it sounds like it is right on it. That being said, the staff was friendly and we slept well once we got to sleep. If you are only sleeping it is fine. But if you want any bells or whistles this is not the place.

There were cigarette butts everywhere on the grounds. The mattress was okay but the pillows were awful! They were like 20 year old pillows. If you are not going to open the pool that's okay I would just drain it because it was green and had trash floating in it. The door to our room looked like someone had tried to kick it in at one time. It was bent in on the bottom. Wyndham you need to put a some money into it because the hotel seriously need a face lift. The toilet in the hotel room did not flush well. So the front doors need some TLC. You can only use one of them to get into the lobby.
